Join us at Elm Ridge Park for a 2M Trail Run to support the Rocky Hill Fire Department and Rocky Hill Library. All abilities are welcome!

Race Details:

• The 2M course is a 2 loop course in the park

• Kids Run is 1/2M out and back

• All Kids will receive a BIB and finisher medal

• Register for the 2M run by Sunday, 6/29 to have your name printed on your race bib

• Race refreshment will be available at the finish line

• No same day registration and you can register online ONLY!

Run for the river in the 4th Annual Hartford HealthCare Community 5K in partnership with Riverfront Recapture on Saturday, September 26, 2026! This 5K will begin and end at the Hartford HealthCare Community Stage at Mortensen Riverfront Plaza in Hartford, running along the Connecticut River and through Riverfront Recapture's beautiful parks.

*Please note terrain will include dirt trails, wooded trails, grass and paved walkways.

NOTE THAT RACE REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

The first 500 registrants will receive a race t-shirt, so register to run or walk today!

Awards:

Awards will be given to the top finishers in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-45, 46-59, 60-69 & 70 & up.

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM: Check-in, bib pickup & registration

• 9:45 AM: Opening Ceremony

• 10:00 AM: Race begins

• 12:00 PM: Awards Ceremony

Parking: Parking: Free parking is available on-street on both sides of the river. Paid, convenient parking is available in the Connecticut Convention Center Garage – park on the fifth floor and use the exit on the north side of the garage, allowing direct access to Mortensen Riverfront Plaza.
