Last year’s JagDash runners discovered something special: sometimes the shortest path isn’t always the one you take!

This year, we promise fewer plot twists and more clearly marked turns—so you can focus on running, cheering,

and crossing the finish line with a smile (and maybe a PR).

Sign up for JagDash 5K and support Johnson High School athletes with a fun day of community, fitness, and fun!

The 1K starts the day at 8:00 am as runners join Jag Athletes in a FunRun on the Johnson High School track

(the Kid's 1K is for those 12 & under who cannot yet run a full 5K but want to participate).

Then at 8:30am the 5K race kicks off on Johnson High School’s campus, taking runners through campus

and along Bulverde Road before finishing on the Johnson Track—where the celebration begins...

We invite you to join us for the 3rd AnnualTexas Sun Showdown Half Marathon, Relay & 5k

Three great options: Want a challenge? Run the Half Marathon. Want to get a team together to relay? Grab your friends, find your team shirts or costumes! You can also run the 5K solo. Participants receive a Texas finisher medal, an awesome Texas theme shirt and delicious Texas barbecue food post race.

TIME LIMIT FOR THE HALF MARATHON IS 4 HOURS.

You will be prompted to join an existing Relay Team or create a new Relay Team during the registration process. Registration fee is a per person fee. All team members must register separately.

The Virtual Texas Sun Showdown 5K and Half Marathon are races that you can run or walk from any location and route. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.

Signup, download and print your race bib, complete the run and submit your results.

When you submit your time, you will also be able to download, print and/or share your Finisher's Certificate.

Join us for the inaugural Fuel the Future 5K/10K, a high-energy run/walk experience designed to uplift the next generation of health and wellness entrepreneurs! Hosted by King’s Personal Training LLC, this event blends fitness, community, and purpose into a powerful movement.

Whether you're racing for a personal best or just walking for the cause, every step you take directly supports The Kingdom Fitness Entrepreneur Grant — a funding initiative that awards young, driven individuals who are building businesses in fitness, nutrition, and wellness.

Expect a lively atmosphere, a scenic down-and-back course in San Antonio, free giveaways from local health-focused vendors, music, raffles, and more. This is more than a race — it’s a chance to run with purpose and help shape the future of our community.

Running=Freedom. Come celebrate your freedom with the San Antonio RoadRunners for our traditional 4-Miler on the 4^th of July. Wear your best Red, White, and Blue for the Freedom Day 4-Miler, 2-Miler, and Li’l Firecrackers Kids Run.

We have the virtual option if you cannot attend the live race. You can have your packet shipped (at extra cost) or you can pick up at in-person packet pick up (no extra cost)

IN-PERSON RACE Details:

• Freedom Day 4-Miler will be chip-timed and awards will be given for overall and 5-year age groups

• 2-Miler is a fun run/walk and is not chip-timed.

• Costume contest after the race. Dress in your best RED, WHITE and BLUE!!!

• Shirts in adult and youth sizes available until sold out. We recommend registering by 6/1/25 to guarantee your shirt size.

• Finisher medals for all

• Post-race food and refreshments
