PT281 Ultramarathon

Tiago Lopes saw a gap in Covilhã's running landscape and decided to fill it. In October 2025, he founded Running Club by Shadow Program with a simple mandate: create a space where runners of all levels could gather, move together, and build genuine connection. The crew organizes regular 5-kilometer runs structured by pace groups, removing the pressure of competition and replacing it with collective momentum. What began as a small group has grown into a vital thread in the city's social fabric. Members now explore Covilhã's mix of urban streets and natural trails, strengthening bonds through shared effort and conversation. The crew's philosophy centers on inclusivity and personal growth, runners here aren't chasing times, they're chasing friendship.
