🐬 SBP Dolphins 5K Run / 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk

Join us for the SBP Dolphins 5K Run / 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, a fun and meaningful community event supporting the Strathmore Bel Pre Dolphins Swim Team! Whether you’re a competitive runner, a casual jogger, or prefer a relaxed walk, this event is open to all ages and fitness levels.

Participants will enjoy a scenic course, a high-energy atmosphere, and the opportunity to support local youth athletics. All registered runners and walkers receive an official event T-shirt as part of their entry fee.

Come out, get active, and celebrate with your community!

Run for Roses is a special 5K race for women only and is part of the Maryland RRCA Women's Distance Festival Series.

MCRRC Members automatically receive a $2 discount (applied in your shopping cart upon successful verification of club membership).

YOUNG RUN: The event will also offer a FREE 1/4 Mile Youth Run. There will be no timing chips used for the Youth Run. The run is FREE, but all participants must be registered by a parent or guardian prior to race day (members and non-members). Register for the Youth Run here.*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Parents or Guardians DO NOT need to register for the young runs to accompany your child. You are welcome to jump right in with them, if needed.
