Tempo Run Timing & Events is pleased to co-host, along with the North Township Trustee's Office, the 5th Annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta 5K at Wicker Memorial Park in Highland, Indiana.

Tempo Run Timing & Events is dedicated to continuing to expand the running community in Northwest Indiana with unique and memorable events. Our mission is to sponsor, host, and direct fun, interactive events while making lasting memories for both runners and walkers alike.

Cinco de Mayo Fiesta 5k includes:

• Music starting at 11:00 am to get you ready to run!

• Official Fiesta 5k 2026 T-shirt

• Awards for Top 3 M/F in each Age Group (8 and under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+) and Clydesdale/Athena

This race will be professionally timed by Tempo Run Timing. Results will be available on the website shortly after the finish

This race is held to raise funds for the Saint Maria Goretti "Community Outreach Ministry and Food Pantry". The Community Outreach Ministry believes that there are many within our community who may be in need of some support. We also believe that we can make a difference by providing supplemental food to our neighboring communities. We support these neighboring communities by need rather than by parish borders. In addition, the race provides an opportunity for runners (and walkers) to come together on a Saturday morning to exercise and then break bread over breakfast.

NOTE: Children under 8 can participate in the race and breakfast for free with a signed up adult.

2nd Annual F3 5K 4 Fair Haven Rape Crisis Center!

Event race starts at 9am! Please arrive early for check in!

F3, a local men’s workout group is organizing a community 5K run/walk/ruck to raise funds and awareness for survivors of rape and human trafficking. The event aims to support the Fair Haven Rape Crisis Center, a nonprofit organization in Northwest Indiana dedicated to providing crisis advocacy services, support groups, prevention and education services for women who have experienced sexual violence and exploitation. We are motivated by a shared commitment to being positive agents of change in our communities.
