Ultra Maratona Atlântica

The Atlantic Ultra Marathon Melides–Troia is an endurance event held on Portugal’s southwest coast, where participants run entirely on sand from Melides to Troia. The route passes through beaches such as Aberta Nova, Gale, Pinheiro da Cruz, Pego, Carvalhal, and Comporta, ending at Beco das Lulas beach in Troia. Spectators often cheer runners along the coastline. A shorter alternative, the “Course of the Atlantic,” starts from Comporta and finishes at the same beach, offering a challenging experience on the scenic Atlantic shoreline.

Welcome to Lisbon ! We invite you in October, in the capital of Portugal 🇵🇹, for one of the most beautiful and renowned marathons: the Lisbon Marathon (also called EDP Lisbon Marathon 🌞). About 20,000 people 😲 are present each year at this autumnal race 🍂, considered as a reference event by the IAAF this season 🍁. You will be in the company of runners from all over the world 🌎 across 3 race formats : a marathon, a half-marathon and a mini-marathon of 8.5 km arriving at the famous Commerce Square, under the arch of the Palace, for a unique finish in the city center 🏁.
