Join us for the Honey Bee Hustle 5K on Saturday, May 2, 2026, in Honea Path, South Carolina.

Set in a community known for its welcoming spirit, this scenic downtown course takes participants through Honea Path’s historic streets, local storefronts, and neighborhoods filled with enthusiastic hometown support. Whether you’re an experienced runner chasing a new goal or preparing for your very first 5K, the Honey Bee Hustle is designed to be an encouraging, approachable, and enjoyable event for all fitness levels.

This race is especially ideal for first-time participants, walkers, families, and anyone looking for a supportive environment to begin their running journey. Clear course guidance, friendly volunteers, and a relaxed race-day atmosphere ensure that every participant feels confident from start to finish.

All participants are invited to embrace the event’s theme—yellow, black, and a little bee-inspired fun are always welcome. A post-race “Best Dressed” contest will celebrate the creativity of those who choose to join in.

All finishers receive an official Honey Bee Hustle race shirt.

The course is fully walker-friendly, and strollers are welcome.

Before lifting a fork, diving off the back of your boat, and taking that post pool party snooze, hundreds of American's will start their holiday by joining forces and celebrating with other patriots at America's 5k! AND, if you are an American Hero, we want to honor you with a land of the FREE race bib! We're also celebrating the heat of elite runners, weekend warriors, mamma's with strollers and kids alike to join us for 3.1 miles of Birthday FUN! So, if you have a flair for costumed fun and are looking for a reason to feel guilt free about BBQ and lounging all day, feel like the stars and stripes are in your favor, and LOVE AMERICA -- make a like a firecracker and shoot on over to register today!     Join us on race day, August 14th, 2026 for The Peoples Bank Midnight Flight 1 mile at 8:15pm and 5k at 9pm.

    Packet Pick-Up:

    Packet pick-up will be held August 14th from noon until 15 minutes prior to each race starting. Packet pick-up will be held at the Anderson Area YMCA at the front of the building under the awning, and is a drive thru format until 5pm. After 5pm, driving through our parking lot becomes more congested, and we will switch to walk up pickup. Please check your email on race day for more information regarding packet pick up!

    Race Day Registration:

    All registration, including Race Day Registration, will be conducted through RunSignUp.com. We will not be holding any in-person, face to face race day registration. Please register through RunSignUp.com, and then head to packet pick up to collect your bib.
