Colorectal Cancer Awareness 5K Walk-Run

The Moonlight 5K and Twilight Kids Run presented by Brooks is the best way to spend a summer evening! 5K participants in this popular family-friendly event receive a race bib with chip timing, a finishers medal, glow bracelets, post-race food and drink (one free beer from Independent Brewing Company - 21+), and a tech shirt from Brooks. Participants in the Twilight Kids Run will receive a race bib with chip timing, a special race-themed finisher ribbon, glow bracelets, and a ticket to redeem for a Kona ice!

Costumes and colorful clothing are encouraged!

Run the vines in 2026 and join us at one of our most popular summer races, hosted by Charm City Run and our friends at Boordy Vineyards! Not only will registrants enjoy a beautiful golden hour run through the vineyard and surrounding area, but each participant will receive a soft short sleeve shirt and a souvenir wine glass (with a complimentary fill for registrants 21+). Welcome to the 12th annual Catch-A-Pig (CAP) 5K – this is a great opportunity to have a unique race experience AND support The Boys & Girls Club of Harford County!

The race is an out-and-back along the MA & PA Trail. 1K Bacon Stroll walkers are invited to join in the fun!

The kicker: THIS IS A CHASE! We’ll have young runners dressed in pink pig shirts (a.k.a. "the piglets"). They will have a three minutes head start on the adult runners. Those who pass at least one of the piglets before crossing the finish line get their name into a special drawing for prizes. BUT LOOK OUT! There are also a few BIG, BAD WOLVES who will get a late (seven minute) jump on you. If they all pass you, you'll lose the opportunity for the special drawing

All proceeds after costs will go to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford and Cecil Counties.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 AND WANT TO BE ONE OF OUR PIGLETS: We are accepting runners under the age of 13 to take off first. These young ones get a FREE pig t-shirt.

Bring your pup! Sign him/her up to join you (sign them up under the dog option). Dogs must be registered (just $10) and on a leash.
