Founded in 2017 in Sherman Oaks, Cafe Jam Run Club grew from a mother’s postpartum determination to keep running into a vibrant, inclusive community of more than 50 members, ranging from teens to seasoned runners. Rooted in wellness and connection, the club welcomes all paces and ages, offering recovery runs, tempo sessions, and long-distance training that reflect the neighborhood’s balance of calm and energy. The founder, also an official LA Marathon pace leader, guides members through varied training programs while fostering friendships that extend beyond running.
