HAMMER DROP BARFIELD p/b MOAB Bike Shop

Hammer Drop charges into Barfield Crescent Park for the first time ever on Sunday, August 16, bringing tighter single track, punchy power climbs, and fast,

technical descents that demand your full gas. This fresh venue delivers raw terrain, high-speed flow, and zero room to coast—perfect for riders ready to test their legs, lungs, and nerve. Barfield is fast, fierce, and built for racing.

Barfield Hammer Drop: A True Test of Speed & Skill

This one’s a little different…think time trial meets technical challenge. At Barfield Crescent Park, it’s not just about how fast you are—it’s about how smooth you ride.

We’re adding 3 “No Dab” challenge sections throughout the course: Put a foot down? That’s a dab. Clean it? You’re in the game.

Hit 1 or 2 out of 3 and score prizes from our vendors. Clean all 3 and you could take home a $100 prime.

Fast. Technical. Zero room for mistakes. Can you keep it smooth under pressure?

Location: Barfield Crescent Park Mountain Bike Trails, 202 Hemlock Dr., Murfreesboro, TN 37128

The trails at Barfield Crescent Park bring classic Tennessee single track to life with twisty wooded lines, punchy leg-burning climbs, and fast descents that reward riders who carry speed. Limestone rock, rooty corners, and natural features keep you on your toes while the rolling terrain delivers a nonstop race rhythm. It’s playful, technical, and built for riders who like to stay on the gas. This trail system is managed by the Murfreesboro Park & Rec, SORBA MidTN, local bike shops and volunteers.
