Get ready to bike, walk, or roll your way through mental health awareness with Hope in Motion 2026. We'll be offering a “choose-your-own-adventure” experience that allows you to participate on your terms and make a direct impact on the mental health and addictions programs and services provided within Peel Dufferin.
