Jingle Bell Half Marathon & 5K

Come celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence at the inaugural running of the Pursuit of Happiness 5k! Hosted by the American Independence Center, the race starts and finishes in historic downtown Exeter, the Revolutionary Capital of New Hampshire. The race route will take you past the iconic Exeter Bandstand, the Old Town Hall, and the site of the Town House Common where the Declaration of Independence was first read to the citizens of New Hampshire on July 16, 1776!

This unique Farm 5K race series in 2026 will feature three exhilarating races, all set within the scenic grounds of our beautiful farm in Amesbury, MA. The varying seasons here in New England will offer a different race experience at each of the three events. The series is designed to promote health and fitness, test your endurance all while showcasing our award winning farm.

Join us on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 10:00am for an exciting annual event that features the amazing scenery and landscape of Zorvino Vineyards! Come join us for some amazing wine while you enjoy many of their picturesque amenities from the gazebo overlooking the vineyard, man-made koi pond, and vine-lined archways to the sun-drenched patio, fire pits, and bocce ball courts. So, whether you are looking to run, walk or just enjoy the wine this race is a sure thing for a great time and an incredible experience! This race is timed and scored by J3 Timing. The tradition continues in 2026 on Tuesday, July 28th as we celebrate the 66th running of the NBPT Lions Yankee Homecoming Race.

Imagine a beautiful Summer evening in the seaport town of Newburyport, MA. Thousands of runners will enjoy our breathtaking 5K and 10 Miles courses along the ocean, through the bustling downtown and charming New England neighborhoods. The NBPT Lions Yankee Homecoming 5K and 10M courses are truly picturesque as they have been for decades.

• Everyone registered before July 1st will receive a personalized bib number printed with your name.

• Everyone registered before July 1st will receive a commemorative short-sleeve tech race shirt. After that date, shirts cannot be guaranteed - register early!

• All finishers will receive a custom finisher medal with a sublimated neck ribbon

This one mile road race, occurring during Newburyport's Historic Yankee Homecoming Festival, features multiple heats including a children's heat with medals for all the little finishers! Cash prizes for overall and age group winners! There will be snacks and beverages at the finish line and beer tickets for a free beer and post race viewing party at the Winner's Circle Sports Bar post race! This year will feature professional race photographers, substantial cash prizes, race announcer Michael Bernier (Enjoy Your Life), T shirts, and finisher ribbons for all.

Race day registration and number pick up will start at 7:30 a.m. and close promptly at 8:30 a.m. at Atkinson Common (start line) in Newburyport.
