It’s a fantastic opportunity to support local merchants and find unique gifts for family and friends. With over 100 vendors, live entertainment, delicious food, and family-friendly fun, it’s the perfect way to spend Memorial Day with the whole family!

The annual SALUTE TO OUR TROPS (5K & 10K Race, 1M Freedom Fun Run) will kick off and conclude on the grounds of Christian Fellowship Church located at 44505 Atwater Drive, Ashburn Virginia 20147.

*Walkers under 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. If parent/guardian is registered for 10K or 5K race, parent/guardian is free for 1K event.

AWARDS

There will be awards for the top 3 overall male and female finishers, as well as awards for the top 3 male and female finishers in each age group: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-84, 85 & Over. Additionally, a special trophy is awarded to the largest team in the timed races.

SWAG

All pre-registered participants will receive a Unique Commemorative Medal, Custom Designed Race Bib, Food at the Line, FREE Race Day Photos, and a Digital Finisher Certificate.

TECH SHIRT OFFER: To purchase an uniquely designed commemorative short-sleeved technical t-shirt, please be sure to register by May 10, 2026. After that date, remaining shirts will only be available on race day following the race on a first come, first served basis, if still available.

Boulder Crest provides free, world class, short-duration, high-impact retreats for combat veterans and their families.

Join us for the inaugural Mom Fuel 5K & Wellness Fair!

Moms fuel their families and their communities -- it's time to fuel the moms!

The Mama Foundation invites you to Mom Fuel 5K & Wellness Fair at Claude Moore Park Sterling, VA. This family-friendly event celebrates maternal health and wellness while raising funds to support postpartum mothers in our community. Run at 9:30am then stay and enjoy free coffee, wellness fair and kids activities after!

The Mama Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting postpartum mothers through community support groups, flexible employment programs, and maternal wellness resources. Funds raised directly support mothers in our community.

This 5K is open to runners and walkers of all levels, families, children and strollers welcome, anyone who supports maternal health and coffee lovers or moms (and dads!) who need a coffee boost.

No running experience required.

VIRTUAL OPTION: Can't join us in person? Run your 5K anywhere between May 23rd-30th and submit your time!

LOVE, KK - Annual 5KK Race Save the Date for Saturday, June 6, 2026

The Annual 5KK is a 5 kilometer (3.1 mile) running-or-walking race hosted by the Love, KK foundation. Love, KK’s mission is to support entrepreneurship and local business – more details about Love, KK’s impact and programs can be found at www.lovekk.org

The 5KK is a race for everyone: families, kids, competitive runners, non-competitive runners, and small business lovers! This year we are thrilled to return to Far Bungalow Farm for a riverside trail run and a post-race after party that will showcase awesome food and beverages from small, local businesses.

Team Registration

If you would like to race with us at Far Bungalow Farm as a team, one person from the team will create and enter the team name when registering. Then, the remaining team members will be able to join that team during the registration process. To compete as a team on race day, your team must have a minimum of four runners. The team with the fastest four runners will win! With your team registration, you will receive a $5.00 discount.The $5.00 discount will show up on the registration page once your 4th team member registers, at which point team members 1-3 will be refunded their $5.00
