On Mean Girls Day, October 3rd, 2026 he asked you what day it was. You said it’s October 3rd.

    Now lace up and run.

Welcome to The Mean Girls 5K, 10K and Half Marathon, a pink powered comedy fueled tribute to the most quotable high school ever. This event transforms the LA River Path into North Shore High where every runner is either trying to make fetch happen or survive gym class without being personally victimized by Regina George.

Presented by Jed and Ted’s Excellent Races.

Wear pink if it’s Wednesday. Wear sweatpants only if it’s Saturday. Do not wear army pants and flip flops unless you want everyone else to buy army pants and flip flops.

This is your chance to run like you’re late for Calc, dodge Regina’s bus, and earn a medal pretty enough for the Spring Fling Court.

    Choose your challenge:

    • The Burn Book 5K - A fast and funny out and back perfect for anyone who wants to run, walk, gossip, or talk about how butter is a carb.

    • The Glen Coco 10K - Six point two miles of pure candy cane energy. You go Glen Coco. Treat yourself and your friends. None for Gretchen Wieners.

    • The Full Plastics Half Marathon - Thirteen point one miles of pure drama control. Stay hydrated. Stay cute. Try not to start a three way call attack. Cross the finish feeling like the new Spring Fling Queen.

    • The Multiverse Lunch Table Dash (Virtual) - Run from anywhere. Work. School. Your bedroom. Africa.

    Costumes Welcome

    • Pink everything

    • Plastics energy

    • Mathletes jackets

    • Mrs. Norbury teacher vibes

    • Kevin G rap battle looks

    • Mouse ears because duh you’re a mouse

    Community Vibe

This race is all about fun, connection, silliness, and giving runners a day they’ll talk about in group chats all year. No cliques here. Everyone can sit with us.

Cafe Jam Run Club began in Sherman Oaks in 2017 when a new mother refused to let postpartum life slow her down. What started as short runs with family and friends has blossomed into a thriving community of more than 50 runners spanning every age and background. The crew stands on three pillars: wellness, inclusion, and showing up. At Cafe Jam Run Club, every pace is celebrated, every age is honored, and every background belongs. From postpartum moms to teenagers, the energy remains warm, encouraging, and rooted in real life. Nobody gets left behind. Monday evenings at the Los Angeles Guesthouse host recovery, tempo, and training runs, while weekends open up for longer routes, marathon prep, and brand collaborations that keep the crew energized and connected.

In January 2024, Vincent and Eddie laced up for a weekend run through Studio City and realized they had something worth repeating. What began as two friends moving through familiar streets evolved into LA2Nowhere, a crew rooted in the belief that running matters most when shared. Today, the crew brings together Studio City runners and creatives of every pace, moving through neighborhood routes and local parks with captains who keep the focus simple: the runner, the crew, the road. Their philosophy holds steady across runs and conversation alike. Every pace belongs. Distractions dissolve when you're moving with people who showed up for the same reason you did. LA2Nowhere runs aren't about splits or vanity miles. They're about the tradition that builds when a group commits to showing up together, week after week, in a city that rarely slows down.
