The inaugural running of the #LetHerRun Road Race is presented by The Boulanger Foundation, hosted by the CT WaveRunners, powered by Marathon Sports, and benefitting The Connection. The #LetHerRun Road Race is a 5-mile event that celebrates fitness, community, and the powerful women in our lives—all while supporting an important cause: promoting women’s safety while running.

The #LetHerRun initiative is at the heart of this race, raising awareness about the challenges women face when pursuing their love of running. Through education, advocacy, and community-building, #LetHerRun aims to create safe environments where all women can run freely and confidently. Your participation in this race not only supports this vital mission but also helps fund programs that empower women and strengthen our neighborhoods through the work of The Connection, Inc. and the CT WaveRunners, two dedicated nonprofit organizations.
