Join us at the D-Bar-A Scout Ranch in Metamora, MI for the 5th annual Spring RR Race fundraising event which includes gravel bike racing, a 5k or 10k Run, beer tent, food vendors, camping opportunities and more.

The Spring R&R event will utilize a mix of the D-Bar-A Scout Ranch and Gravel Roads featuring 5 timed race events to challenge riders and runners of all abilities.

  • A 33 Mile Gravel Grinder Bike Race

  • A 57 Mile Gravel Grinder Bike Race

  • A 5k Running Race

  • A 10k Running Race

And… for those of you who really want to test your skills and endurance, make it a dual event by choosing to race in both the Gravel Grinder Bike Race and the 5k or 10k Running Race!

​These events will be timed by Newton Timing & Race Services.

Awards will be presented for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Gravel Grinder Race finishers from each timed category -and- an overall Male & Female for both the 5k and 10k Races after their respective events.

    Welcome to the 18th annual Not your ordinary Run-of-the-Mill race in small town of Hadley.

    Race details:

    -On line registration here. Opens March/April.

    -National Anthem at 7:55AM. Race starts at 8:00AM.

    -Open start line for 1-2 minutes to get everyone through.

    -All finishers get a finish medal on table to pick up.

    -Bottled water and refreshments at start/finish line.

    -Water station on course by the Post Office.

    Each participant has individual start and finish time. Overall male and female with 10 year age groups(6-15,16-25...66+). Your finish time is available immediately via Kiosk or live at Midmichigantiming.com. Last Chipped time about 9:00ish to clean up and out. Kids parade at 10:00. Hence no awards ceremony. Independence parade at noon.

    Course is 100 percent paved flat streets in town. Mostly shaded except for the Starr mile. Race starts and finishes at the Mill Museum just south of the stop light. Parking in church parking lot across the road.

    Registration is $20 in April, $25 in May, $30 in June and $35 July. $100 prize money to Overall Male and $100 prize money to overall Female!!!

    Main sponsor is Choice One Bank. Also, thanks to Meijer for the healthy snacks and drinks.

    Net proceeds go to the Hadley Historical Society and other local charitable causes..

    Come and join five area non-profits as they sponsor the 5th annual Clio Can Do 5K. The 5K Run and Walk starts and finishes at Pride Stadium at Clio High school. The course is relatively flat course that includes running on Vienna Township roads and ending at the 50 yard line at Pride Stadium. Medals and tech t-shirt are guaranteed for all Runners/Walkers registered two weeks prior to the race date.

    THIS IS THE SECOND RACE IN THE CLIO CAN-DO RACE SERIES! REGISTER FOR ALL 3 RACES AND RECEIVE A $5 DISCOUNT!

    5K Run and Walk starts and finishes at Pride Stadium at Clio High School in Clio. Flat fast course including ending on the Pride Stadium football field.

    Course: Paved, flat course with sections going through Vienna Township and ending on the Pride Stadium football field. Starts and finishes at Clio High School.

    Registration: Registration and Packet Pickup Friday, July 17th at Pride Stadium at Clio High School from 5 to 7:00.

    Race Day (Saturday July 18) starting at 7:30 AM at Pride Stadium at Clio High School.

    RACE INFO AND PRICING:

    REGISTER FOR THE RACE IN TWO WAYS: Economy and All Inclusive.

    Economy: $15--Receive a bib, race food, and qualify for the age level and overall awards.

    All Inclusive: $27 (ADULT) & $22 (18 AND UNDER)--Economy option + race t-shirt + race medal

    MARCH 1: THE PRICE WILL BUMP UP RESPECTIVELY TO $20 (ECONOMY), $32 (ADULT) & $27 (18 AND UNDER) UNTIL THE DAY OF THE RACE.

    DAY OF THE RACE: THE PRICE WILL INCREASE $5 TO $25 (ECONOMY), $37 (ADULT) & $32 (18 AND UNDER).

    ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A MEDAL IF REGISTERED BY SUNDAY, JULY 5TH. EXTRA MEDALS WILL BE ORDERED TO PURCHASE THE DAY OF THE RACE, WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
