Grouse Mountain's Seek the Peak is back!

Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2026 for one of the North Shore's most iconic endurance challenges, and be a part of Grouse Mountain's Centennial Year legacy while supporting Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation. This year's race contributes to celebrating 100 years of history, and your participation helps mark a century of adventure, community, and outdoor adventure at Grouse.

The challenging 16 km course starts by the beach at Ambleside Park in West Vancouver, winds its way through North Vancouver, then heads up the legendary Grouse Grind to The Peak of Vancouver. With an impressive 1,400m of elevation, Seek the Peak will test your fitness, stamina and mental grit.

Take on the challenge solo or enter as a team of 2-4, splitting up the course into four legs. Either way, reaching the top is an achievement worth celebrating! After crossing the finish line, join us at our finish line party featuring DJ, BBQ, recovery zone, plus activities and giveaways from our event sponsors.

As well as age category and fundraising awards, we'll also have special prizing for the Best Centennial Tribute, recognizing participants who creatively celebrate Grouse Mountain's 100-year milestone!

Get ready with our 10-week Training Clinic!

Group sessions take place on Thursdays at 6pm, starting April 9th, and spots are limited! Clinic registration is available as an add-on to your race registration with a $75 donation to Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation.

Support Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation

Seek the Peak proudly raises funds for Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation, the only registered charity dedicated to supporting Metro Vancouver Regional Parks. Regional Parks provide immense benefits for our environment, community, and mental and physical health. Your funds support local conservation work, research projects, park enhancements, and education programs that keep our regional parks thriving and accessible for everyone.

Rally the support of friends and family by setting-up a fundraising page through your Race Roster account.

    Please note:

Registration fees, donations, and all other Seek the Peak store purchases, including training clinic, and t-shirts, are non-refundable. Grouse Mountain reserves the right to reschedule or postpone any activities or programs.

Race Roster offers an enhanced refund protection program, available to purchase during registration. The East Van Run Crew (EVRC) is a remarkable running community that has been a fixture in Vancouver, Canada's vibrant city, since April 2014. Founded by Ryan, the crew was born from the simple idea of adding post-run beers to a half-marathon training plan. The Ice Cream & Donut Run Club is a uniquely delicious and fast-growing running community based in Vancouver, Canada. Founded by Karen in 2018, the crew was born from a simple, fun idea: to gather a group of friends and explore the city's many ice creameries and donut shops on foot, and then enjoy the treats afterward. What started with eight runners has exploded into a massive community of hundreds. They host regular group runs with 5 K and 8 K options to welcome everyone, from Boston Marathoners to beginners, united by a love for running and delicious rewards.
