Tacos N Beer 5k—Chapala 2026

The alumni of Cerritos High School have attempted to organize an event to help support to school while also providing, the community, coaches, parents, supporters, families, and those who just like to run to a wonderful race! In the spirit of Cerritos, the history of it as Dairy Valley, and in memory of those who we have lost along the way, comes the Great Cow Run of 2026!

Please note that there is NO BAG CHECKS on site.

Please ONLY park in legally marked parking spots and please follow all traffic rules (do not jaywalk) and applicable laws. Cars may be towed if not parked properly. The high school lot will be a PAID parking zone. Please bring cash.

6:15am - Check In & Race Day Registration ($45) Opens

7:15am - Higashi Roman Memorial Run (Open Race)

7:45am - The Spotted Calf (Child/Youth Sprint)

8:00am - High School Invitational Begins

Come join us at the 3rd Annual City of Artesia 5K Run/Walk! The goal of our event is to promote health and fitness in the Artesia Community! We invite you to run or walk our event, meet new friends, and enjoy our Health & Wellness expo afterwards, featuring food truck, vendors, giveaways, and more! Event is rain or shine!

Race Bib Pickup: Participants will be able to pick up their race bibs early on Thursday, November 19 and Friday November 20 at the Albert O. Little Community Center at Artesia Park (18750 Clarkdale Ave.) during the hours of 5pm-8pm. Bibs can also be picked up the day of the race before 6:30am!
