5k Run Walk

Welcome to the 2026 Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival 5k,

one of metro Atlanta's favorite charity runs, and an

Atlanta Journal Constitution Peachtree Road Race qualifier.

REGISTER TODAY!

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION ENDS FEBRUARY 11!

Join us at 8 am on Saturday March 21, 2026 in Brookhaven's beautiful Blackburn Park. Runners and fans can kick the morning off right with a fast course, lots of good cheer, and the knowledge that 100% of race proceeds go directly to support the important work at

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

Our Presenting Sponsor

Walkers are welcome and will start immediately after the runners.

As always, we are excited that the Cherry Blossom 5k continues to draw so many family groups that include young runners and children in strollers every year. For everyone's safety and enjoyment we ask that all participants continue to be considerate of those runners working towards a competitive time and mindful of small children. If you prefer, you are welcome to join our walkers for a beautiful morning stroll through Blackburn Park.

Teams, Teams, Teams!

We love seeing all of the teams participate in our event.

There will be prizes for teams so please watch for announcements!

All finishers registered by March 12 will be guaranteed the 2026 t-shirt. We will do our best to get every finisher a t-shirt!

We’re always excited to hear participants want to include their furry companions in the fun.

Dogs are absolutely welcome to attend the event. However, due to the difficulty and terrain of the race route, we want to ensure the safety of both our runners and our four-legged friends. For that reason, dogs are not permitted to participate in the race alongside their owners.

We appreciate your understanding as our priority is creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. If you decide to attend with your dog as a spectator, we kindly ask that all dogs remain leashed and well-behaved at all times.

    REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 1, 2026

The Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation's Feathers 5K is a community based and family friendly fund run and walk in which participants can "flock together" to help make the financial burden of cancer as light as a feather! The Feathers 5K will take place on Saturday, June 6th at 8:00 a.m. at Oglethorpe University. The Feathers 5K benefits the Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation (ACCF), a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to reduce the additional stress that a cancer diagnosis could bring by providing assistance to patients in financial need. ACCF is dedicated to providing this critical financial assistance to adults living with cancer across our 17-county metro Atlanta service area. In 2024, ACCF provided over $450,000 in assistance to more than 1,600 metro Atlanta cancer patients in need.

If you would like to volunteer for this year’s event, please email Dr. Hiba Tamim at [email protected].
