Keep On Keeping On was born in Manchester in 2022 when founder Jimi discovered that running offered real relief during lockdown and wanted to share that gift with others. Built on the belief that showing up together matters more than pace, this crew of around 180 members runs as one group at one tempo every Tuesday from Joule MCR. There are no prizes for pace, no pressure to perform, just warm, low-key community welcoming anyone through the door. What started as one person's mental health lifeline has become a quiet weekly ritual that runners across the UK and beyond now count as the best part of their week.
