Join us for the Lyndhurst American Legion Post 139 5K — a community run dedicated to honoring our veterans and supporting the space they call home. Proceeds from the race will go directly toward much-needed improvements to the Post property, ensuring it remains a welcoming and comfortable gathering place for those who have served our nation. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your participation helps strengthen the foundation of our veteran community right here in Lyndhurst. The flat course will begin and finish at the Lyndhurst Rec Center and all registrants will receive a commemorative t-shirt.

    T-shirts and finisher medals are included with registration by May 27th and then while supplies last.

    C.R.E.W. (Cancer, Reflection, and Education Worldwide) is a non-profit organization committed to providing awareness, support and education to young woman, men, and families affected by Cancer. After losing a beloved friend, Tyhesia Hall to Colon Cancer and traveling yearly to Philadelphia for the Cancer Walk/Run we have made it our first mission to bring a similar event to Passaic County.

    All proceeds will benefit cancer research to find a cure, promote Colon Cancer awareness, sponsorship for families and patients affected by cancer to receive therapeutic services, recreational services and scholarships.

    All participants receive a performance race T-shirt and finisher medal while supplies last.

    Awards given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers male/female overall and age category in 10K; Awards given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers male/female overall in 2 MI.
