501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Doylestown, PA. Bold Hope serves with partners around the world and in Pennsylvania’s Bucks and Montgomery counties.

WHO: Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities! This event is wheelchair and stroller friendly!

WHAT: The Run for Hope is a fundraiser benefiting Bold Hope’s programs and initiatives around the world and in Pennsylvania’s Bucks and Montgomery counties.

WHERE: Peace Valley Park (Sailor’s Point), 759 New Galena Road, Chalfont, PA 18914

*Enter the park at the entrance off of Callowhill Road, turn onto New Galena Road. Follow New Galena Road until you see the sign for Sailor’s Point at Myers Road. Turn right into Sailor’s Point parking area.

WHEN: Saturday, May 30, 2026 RAIN DATE June 6, 2026

7:15AM - Bib pick-up and same-day registration begins

8:00AM - 5K Run/Walk Begins

8:05AM - 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk Begins

Finish line and timing services will be provided by Pretzel City Sports. Race results will be posted on www.pretzelcitysports.com.

REGISTRATION: All participants must register online on RunSignUp or at www.BoldHope.org/events/5K. *Each participant who registers before May 9th will receive a t-shirt.

Registration fee: 5K - $40, 1 Mile Fun Run - $15

Race Day registration will be available starting at 7:15am on race day.

AWARDS: Awards will be given to first overall male and female finishers as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers for the following age groups: 14 & Under, 15-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65-74, 75+

no-kill animal rescue in Breinigsville PA. We are hosting our 2nd Annual run/walk event, The Fast and Furriest 5k on May 31, 2026. All funds raised through this event will be used for the daily care of our animals including vetting and medical expenses. To date, we have rescued over 14,000 animals and placed them in loving "furever" homes!. These animals “rescue” the people who adopt them as well. They enrich the lives of the families they join. Our goal is to be able to continue to bring people and animals together.

With a fun course, a custom-designed race T-shirt, and post-race refreshments, we’re sure you’ll be calling this 5k one of your most favorite running events and know all proceeds go right back to supporting the animals.

We invite participants to run or walk the course which will be open to the public but will have traffic control on site. Race fee is $35 through April 29th ($40 after that date and NO race day registration.)

Race Day Check-In: Begins at 8:00 AM - All runners must check in prior to the race.

While we love everyones pets we prefer you don't bring your pet to this event. We will be featuring several of the shelter dogs and want them to be the focus so we can find them homes!

You do not need to be an LVRR club member to participate in this series. Sign up online and come out to Lehigh Parkway for this relaxed, no-frills race.

The course is accurately measured, mostly flat, cinder trail in the Parkway. Due to scheduled repairs to Bogarts Bridge, the course will be modified in 2025 Map

Race Day Check-In: Begins at 5:30 PM - All runners must check in.

Age: Racers must be 10 years of age.

Time Limit: 60 minutes (19:35 minute/mile)

Start Time: Begins at 6:30 PM with the exception of September which begins at 6:00 PM

We will no longer host the Potluck Dinner – The club will provide hotdogs, water and chips. Please do not bring food to share.
