The Manor Community 5K is designed to promote healthier habits among low-income families to aid in addressing health inequities. The run will focus on physical activity and making healthier food choices. Participants will be able to walk or run a 5K course and enjoy a variety of healthy snacks and refreshments upon completing the event. We are also providing access to free health screenings, as well as other free health resources from local organizations. This event is a great way for low-income families to get active, learn about healthy living, and make positive changes in their lives.

We are waiving registration fees for anyone who presents their MAP (Medical Access Program) Cards! On-site registration only.

Participants will receive shirts, bibs and finisher medals. If you register same day/on-site, you are not guaranteed to receive a shirt or finisher medal.

All are welcome to participate - whether as a walker/runner, or cheerleader. The goal is to encourage people to live healthier and improve the quality of their lives.

Course Update:

The original course is currently closed due to construction. The event will now take place at Pfennig Park All registered runners will receive an email with updated course and event details.

Race Information

The race starts at 8:00 AM.

Packet pickup starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.

All runners must register on RunSignup.
