    What is a stadium climb?

During the stadium climb, participants will go up and down the stairs around the lower level of the stadium, on a predetermined route. We will finish by going down the ramps inside the stadium, and enter onto the playing field through the tunnel the Panthers use.

How long is the T2T Stadium Climb at the Bank of America Stadium?

You will be climbing up and down the entire first level of the Bank of America Stadium. Climbers will finish by exiting on to the field through the tunnel the players use. There are a total of 1,454 stair steps along the route.

Will there be medical assistance if necessary?

There will be medics on the premises in the event of an emergency.

Will hallways be included in the climb distance?

Yes, participants will pass through a couple of hallways once you finish the stairs.

Is there a limit on how many people can register?

    No! The more the merrier.

How long does the T2T stadium climb take?

This depends on your fitness level as well as speed and time spent resting. Everyone will finish at a different pace. Competitive Climbers may finish in less than 8 minutes, while non-competitive participants will likely finish in 15-45 minutes.

    Is this a timed climb?

Yes. Each climber will get a timing chip. In order to receive an accurate time, please make sure your bib is clearly visible on the front of your shirt. Check back shortly for information on wave assignments and the link to the website with official results!

I might get tired and be unable to finish, what should I do?

Slower climbers should move to the right, allowing faster climbers to pass on the left. If you cannot complete the climb, just find a volunteer or staff member who can escort you to the nearest rest area and direct you to the field.

I’m a first responder; can I wear my bunker/turnout gear, scott packs, etc.?

Yes, you may wear turnout gear. We encourage it!

    What is a "Competitive Climber”?

A Competitive Climber is a stair climber who routinely participates in stair climb events and can run up the stairs, completing the climb in a very fast time.

Can I bring my cell phone?

Yes, you may bring your cell phone. Take lots of pictures and tag us on social media.

Volunteers will be on hand to assist with lining up for the swim. You will be provided with a swim cap if you choose to wear it. After the swim, you'll experience the exhilaration of exiting the pool to the sound of cheers as you make your way to the transition area.

Run in the New Year with us at the 4th annual NOON Year's Eve 5K presented by Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning! This popular holiday 5K sold out the first three years, so we're expecting a full house again in 2026.

The 5K kicks off with a traditional New Year's Eve countdown at NOON! All paces are welcome. Runners (and walkers!) will enjoy a certified cross country course with scenic views of the lake and surrounding parkland.

    SWAG

If you love swag, we've got you covered! 5K participants will receive a long sleeve, branded race shirt, a finisher medal and post-race lunch/beverages. Make sure you sign up early to secure your swag though, as we do expect another sellout. If you prefer to keep it simple, we offer a "Go Green" option where runners can opt out of a shirt and medal (but you still get to enjoy the post-race sustenance!).

    RACE COURSES

The 5K course begins and ends in McAlpine Creek Park. This is a certified 5K course consisting of crushed gravel surface - perfect for pushing yourself for a new PR!

The Noon Year's Eve Kids Dash course is ~ 0.20 mile, flat sprint perfect for nearly all ages. The kiddos will start at the 5K start line and cut across a crushed gravel path to take a "shortcut" to the finish line. Parents are welcome to accompany their kids on this fun run!
