Join us for the 2026 W2 5K/10K run, a vibrant event that celebrates health, resilience, and community

spirit! Whether you are a nurse or not, or a seasoned runner or taking your first steps toward fitness,

this event is designed for everyone. Together we will embrace wellness while supporting a meaningful

cause.

This fundraising event is hosted by the Philippine Nurses Association of New Jersey (PNANJ) in

partnership with the Philippine Nurses Association of New Jersey Foundation (PNANJF). This will

help sustain the PNANJ and PNANJF upcoming activities that foster community participation,

implementation of advocacies towards health and wellness, and leadership and membership

development as well as supporting calamities in the Philippines and the United States through CARE

programs.

Now’s your chance to settle the debate once and for all at the Inaugural Pork Roll vs.Taylor Ham 5K / 10K & 2K Pup Strut, happening Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, NJ!

Choose your distance, hit the course, and when you cross the finish line, you’ll earn a one-of-a-kind Finisher’s Medal and a Pork Roll or Taylor Ham treat — your choice! (Don’t worry, your four-legged running buddy gets a special treat too 🐾).

Like every MegaBite Runs event, we’re keeping the vibe fun and relaxed — no timing chips, no pressure, just community, laughter, and a great day outdoors.

Good News Home Inc. is a faith‑based nonprofit organization offering short‑ and long‑term residential treatment for women recovering from substance abuse. For 40 years, we’ve provided a place of refuge, healing, and renewal.

In August 2024, we opened The Butterfly House, a sober‑living duplex offering affordable, supportive housing for women committed to maintaining their sobriety.

In 2023, we launched the Mommy & Me program to support mothers and children who are survivors of domestic abuse, providing safe housing and case management. We are actively accepting referrals and offering case management support during this pre‑opening period.

Join us on Sunday, May 4th, 2025, on the Hillsborough High School Track.

Be a part of the message of love and support to those in our community facing a medical crisis by logging a few laps around the track. We invite your entire family, all fitness levels, young and old, to come out and be a part of this event.

Lanes 1-3: Reserved for Runners

Lanes 4-6: Reserved for Walkers (no strollers, no dogs unless medically needed)

Register online (It's free but donations are welcome)

Arrive at the track anytime between 7 AM and 11:30. (Track closes at noon)

Receive a bib that will count your laps for you.

Start walking or running!

We finally broke a 7-year record in 2023 and completed 5,754 laps or 1438.5 miles. Do we dare set a goal of 6,000 laps in 2025?

2025 will mark the 11th annual 100 Laps of Healing event.

• No strollers and no dogs! (unless medically necessary)

Join us on a beautiful run in scenic Bridgewater, NJ! This 5K course gives you the best views of gorgeous Duke Island as well as the Raritan River and Canal. With half of the course adjacent to water, you are sure to have one of the most peaceful runs of your life! After completing your run, you'll end the race with a one of a kind finisher medal and a delicious donut! Whether you're a beginner running their first race or you're lacing up your running shoes for your 100th, this course is perfect for everyone.

Charity Beneficiary:

Live Run Give LLC is a race production company founded in 2019. We founded our company on the principal of bringing families and friends together for fitness and food while giving back to our community. We are committed to supporting breast cancer research and organizations that help give support to breast cancer patients. Each year, we select 2-3 not for profits to be charity beneficiaries of our races.

Our beneficiary for this event is : Metavivor. A portion of our proceeds and all donations will go directly to Metavivor. We picked this charity because Metavivor is at the forefront of investing in research for metastatic breast cancer, as in breast cancer that has spread to bones, brain, or other vital organs. While those men and women that die from breast cancer almost always have metastatic disease, currently only 2-5% of funds raised for breast cancer research are allocated for Stage 4.

In honor of my best friend Lynette the matriarchs of my family Mama Ceci, Mama Olga, Mama Chicho, and my aunt Delia and the dozens of other women who inspire to give to breast cancer charities.
