This three-day fitness festival offers something for every type of athlete, featuring high-stakes Elite and Age Group heats alongside the heavy-hitting Ruck waves. You can rally your local crew for the 2-person and 4-person team challenges, or step up to the ultimate endurance test: the DEKA FIT Ultra. Whether you claim one of the five boroughs as home or are seeking out the ultimate race-cation destination, this is your chance to conquer the 10 functional zones and 5km of running under the world’s most iconic skyline.

T-shirts are guaranteed for all participants who register by October 3. After that date, shirts will be distributed based on availability.

This year's Giralda Farms Run has been designated a USATFNJ Men's and Women's Open Championship 700 point event.

8:30am - Kids Fun Run

9:00am – 10K RACE BEGINS

11:00am – 5K RACE BEGINS

How do I Register?

• It's Easy! Registration via runsignup and/or website

Will I get Shirt?

• The first 500 registrations will be guaranteed a shirt (sizes cannot be guaranteed)

• Pick up Wednesday, November 26th 3-5PM.

• We are selling “Trot" hats. We only have 40 hats so order now! Hats are not offered as a substitute for shirt giveaways.

Trot the Manor Food Drive:

• Our junior Trot the Manor committee members committed to help this effort and partnering with Chatham United Methodist Church. CUMC has been providing local residents in need with nonperishable food items on a weekly basis, and they are in constant need of restocking.

• In the spirit of Thanksgiving and all it stands for lets help others feel thankful by giving them something they very much need.

• You can help by dropping the following items: Non-Perishable Food, Toiletries, Diapers and Wipes

• Please drop off non-perishable food items to 24 Jackson Ave, Chatham, NJ by Monday, November 25th
