    Let's start the 4th of July celebration early with a fun, 5k on a USATF certified course in Oak Ridge Park, Clark. Professionally timed by COMPUSCORE, Red, White & Blue bandana for all registrants. Our course will have one water stop, post-race refreshments and RED, WHITE & BLUE medals to all finishers. Awards to Top 3 Overall (Male/Female) and Top 3 Masters (Male/Female). Plenty of parking on site. Registration is online only - NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION and we will cap the race at 250 participants. A portion of the proceeds will be used to benefit MOBILE MEALS OF WESTFIELD.

    We are keeping YOUR costs down and keeping the "frills" to a minimum. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a local charity serving the community in which we run. You will have the option to make a small donation as well, if you are able.

    Course Description:

    The course is USATF certified through beautiful Oak Ridge Park and free of vehicular traffic. One water stop will be available on the course.

    Schedule of Events:

    7:00am - 7:45am Check-in and bib pickup

    7:50am National Anthem

    7:55am Pre-race instructions

    8:00am Start of the Red, White & Blue 5k

    Timing:

    Timing will be provided by Compuscore - premier timing services in our area.

    Awards:

    Top 3 Overall (M/F); Top 3 Masters (M/F) no doubling dipping. Finisher medals to all finishers.

    Amenities:

    Parking on site; "real" restroom facilities; post-race refreshments and a fun/race themed selfie wall to capture photos of yourself and your friends! We are hoping to provide a small goodie bag with a festive Red, White & Blue bandana to proudly wear at all the rest of your holiday festivities.

    About Live Run Give LLC: Founded in 2019, Live Run Give brings together families and friends for fitness, fun, and food, while giving back to the community. Each year, we select 2-3 nonprofit organizations to benefit from our events, with a special focus on supporting breast cancer research and the incredible co-survivors who are part of the fight. This event is held in honor of Lynette, my grandmothers, aunts, and all the women who have been affected by Stage 4 cancer.

    The course will use existing fire roads, single track trail, hills and some pavement at South Mountain Reservation. The course is designed to be a mix of everything and fun. In early September, the course should be dry and run able. You will have access to aid approximately every 3 miles.

    Our 13th Annual Miracles for Myeloma 5K Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, September 19th, 2026 as a HYBRID race.

    Proceeds from this event will help fund IMF’s ground breaking research initiatives which are critical in driving us closer to our mission of finding a cure.

    Miracles for Myeloma Hybrid 5K Run/Walk is continuing to Redefine Being Together as we come together once again toward our common goal of Finding a Cure for Multiple Myeloma.

    Be a Part of the Cure and Register Today!

    You have the option to join a team Virtually or In-Person. Your team may be a hybrid of both Virtual AND In Person participants. We will even have separate competitions for Virtual participants and In Person participants so everyone will get that competitive feeling no matter where you are competing from, near or far.
