The Burch Bear Tracks Race is a 5k and 1-mile fun run benefitting Cancer Research and the Burch PE Department. The event will take place on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Robert J. Burch Elementary School.

Important Information:

  • Registration is now open.

  • Price (Shirt included): Students ($10), Adults ($25), Adults/No shirt ($15). To receive a shirt, registration must be completed by February 18, 2026.

  • Online registration will close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

  • Late registration will take place on the race day from 7:30-8:30 am. No shirt will be included for late registration ($15).

  • The race will take place on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Robert J. Burch Elementary School.

  • The 1-mile fun run will begin at 8:30am followed by the 5K, which will begin at 9:00am.

  • Packet Pick-up is on Friday, February 27, 2026 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm or on race day at Burch Elementary.

    SFRC is pleased to host its Inaugural Run the Block 5K. This event is designed to bring people together through movement while raising funds to support the ongoing programs and initiatives of South Fulton Run Club. Proceeds from the race will directly support our mission to make fitness accessible, inclusive, and impactful within our community.

    The Inaugural 5K Run/Walk will be May 30, 2026, starting at 8 AM, with the race beginning at Sandtown Plaza.

    Registration and packet pickup will on held on race morning. Credit or debit card only please.

    TIME LIMIT: 5K - 1 hour and 20 minutes. Any participant still on the course after the time limit is reached will be asked to vacate the course.

    TIMING: The timing device for this event is RFID timing by Elite Race Timing. To receive an accurate time, please confirm that your bib is:

    Clearly visible on the front of the torso

    Unaltered and unmodified (not folded or wrinkled)

    Pinned in all four corners

    Uncovered (jackets, fuel belts, etc.)

    Results are published live within a few minutes of finishing.

    REFUND POLICY: All registrations are final and non-transferable.

    Ladies with ovarian or another gynecologic cancer survivors our guests and participate FREE OF CHARGE by using the Promo Code - SURVIVOR.

    When using your promo code, please register yourself separately Then register your family/friends. This is done on honor system.

    We want to see all of our Teal Sisters on race day so we can get a photo together and give the love and encouragement we all need. We are stronger together.

    Whether you are in treatment or survivorship- we welcome you to our event. Our primary mission is Ovarian & Gynecological cancers, but we welcome all women that are battling cancer to come and feel celebrated.

    Child Registration Fees are calculated by their age on the date of the event.

    Child 0 - 5 is FREE

    Child 6 - 12 is 25%

This organization comprises a dynamic group of college-educated individuals worldwide. The establishment of this chapter marks a significant milestone for the fraternity’s mission of achievement and service. We are super excited about entering our second year of community impact.

    SFAC is pleased to host its 2nd Annual Dreamers of Achievement 5K Run/Walk. This pivotal fundraiser will support scholarships, mentorships, and community engagement initiatives. It will also connect health-conscious individuals, thus introducing our chapter's commitment to health and wellness.

    The 2nd Annual Dreamers of Achievement 5K Run/Walk will be June 20, 2026, starting at 8 AM, with the race beginning at Jess Lucas Park and ending slightly before Jess Lucas Park.
