Come join us for the 39th Annual Hearty Hustle 5K Walk/Run on Saturday, May 09, 2026
The Hearty Hustle has consistently been a part of helping create harmony with exercise, fun, and fellowship.
All ages are encouraged to join and help us celebrate this milestone. Runners and walkers alike will derive joy and peace from the scenic route through the beautiful and historic Village of Vicksburg. One of a kind quality t-shirts are included in registration costs to commemorate this race and your personal achievement. As always, there will be lots of food, beverages, awards, and a variety of prizes.

Race Day (Saturday)
VICKSBURG STADIUM: Registration and Packet Pickup 7:30-8:30 a.m.
5K Run 9:00 a.m.
5K Walk 9:00 a.m.
Fun Walk 9:02 a.m.
Awards 10:15 a.m.
Courses:
The Walk/Run Course is 5K or 3.1 miles in length. The Fun Walk Course is approximately 1 mile in length.
Awards/Prizes:

Everyone's a winner! The focus of this event is on high levels of participation. Everyone who participates is a winner whether they just "get mov'in" or beat a personal record.

5K Run - Prizes awarded to the 1st place male and female overall winners, 1st place male and female masters winners, 1st place in each of the 14 divisions and raffle prizes.

5K Walk - Prizes awarded to the 1st place male and female overall winners, 1st place male and female masters winners, 1st place in each of the 14 divisions and raffle prizes.
Tee Shirts:
To be guaranteed a tee shirt, participants must register before May 1, 2026 (11:59 pm).
Parking:
There will be plenty of parking at Vicksburg High School.
