TrexXxFest 2026

Whether you are super competitive or have never timed yourself before, this event is for you. The stages are between 1 to 2.5 miles long and incorporate flowy descents as well as a little climbing. This will test your bike handling ability at high speeds as well as your overall fitness. The best part is that you will have time to recover between each stage.

  • All proceeds from the registration fee go directly to support local trail systems. The race is organized by Valley Mountain Bikers, a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer organization that builds, maintains, and promotes trails in and around Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley.

  • Pre-reg closes Friday. Oct 02nd

  • 10am-2pm, staggered stage start times.

  • Timing chip pickup goes from 8:00 - 9:30 am on Sunday.

  • BONUS Event: the ExXxTreme Hill Climb.

FUNduro information

  • !!! ExXxTreme Hill Climb is OPTIONAL with registration !!!

  • Timing chips may be picked up at the registration tent and must be returned to the registration tent after your final stage.

  • Riders are responsible for clocking in & out of race stages. Stewards are at race stage starts.

  • Race starting procedure – We will have 17 classes and will be sending classes to stage 1 through 6 to help space out riders and classes. This will allow us to keep riders in smaller groups and appropriately distanced from each other. 10 - 11 girls/boys will ride 5 stages (1, 2, 4, 5 & 6).

  • Stage results will be available to riders online, and at the registration tent.

  • Awards - Awards ceremonies (1st, 2nd & 3rd) will be at the end of the main parking area.

  • Kids Under 10 Boys & Girls (Pooh's Spooky Woods) starts at 10 am.

ExXxTreme Hill Climb information

  • ExXxTreme Hill Climb lasts until 2 pm for those participating in both events.

  • Winners will be determined by making it to the TOP.

  • Two categories

o Primitive bikes

o Pedal-assist bikes (MTe)

  • Timing will determine winners if more than one person makes it to the TOP.

  • Each rider starts at a standing start and cannot place a foot on the ground prior to the TOP, nor can the rider leave the dirt tread of the trail for an advantage.

  • The ExXxTreme Hill Climb trail is Fireman's immediately to the South of Broken Arrow.

  • Only one KOM or QOM per primitive/MTe category.

  • 10 - 11 girls/boys stages 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 Stage behind eMTB class at Stage 4.

  • eMTB to start at Stage 4

  • All other categories: AARP, Open, Sport, Beginner, and Youth 12 and older, Start at Stages 1, 2, 3, or 5.

WARNING - Ride at your own RISK and within your abilities. Trail conditions change daily and obstacles, as well as features, may be unavoidable. Adjust your speed accordingly. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED !!!

Food & Beverage

  • Tables and Chairs will be available, but we suggest bringing your own.

  • Food and beverages will be available from food trucks. These amenities will not be free as they have been in past years. Bring cash or a Credit card.

Cancellations - Reminder that this event is a "FUNdraiser" and refunds are not available from the event or hosting organization. Each dollar after hosting fees goes back to the very trail(s) you enjoy.

    Infield Pit Passes

    Every rider's race number will grant access to the infield.

    Infield pit passes for coaches and team staff are available for purchase on BikeReg at $40 for the entire event. Upon arrival at the venue, you will receive a wristband granting access to the infield. Please be aware that infield pass registrants will undergo screening against the SafeSport Disciplinary Database, and we strongly advise ensuring your SafeSport and MAAPP certifications are up to date.

    Team Tent Space

    To reserve space on the infield, please contact [email protected] with your group name and the number of riders you expect to have on-site.

    Infield spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. While we will do our best to accommodate specific requests, space is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

    We are also working with local community members to borrow pop-up tents for traveling teams. For larger teams, we will have an overflow area outside of the facility where riders can warm up, rest, and gather between events, separate from your infield space. If your group may need overflow space, please indicate that in your email.

    This will be a night race! We will have some slope lights on but not all and not nearly enough that you wouldn't need a light to race.

    This is a MASS series race so points will be awarded.

    Racing Age - Adult Racing Age is determined by your age on December 31st of the current year - For XC Juniors, their racing age will be their age on September 1st of the current year. This will apply to juniors racing the XC junior classes only. It will not apply to juniors racing in Cat 2, Cat 1 or Open and it will not apply to Enduro U19. When registering for the races make sure you select the proper age class. Parents - please take note of this for your juniors.

    If you are interested but do not have lights, no problem. Lupine North America will be at the race.

    We will be hosting some night pre-ride dates to give people a feel for the course in the dark. We will post the dates once we have determined the dates.
