The 4th Annual RUN FOR NEWMARKET Charity Run In Support of Southlake Foundation What is Run For Newmarket? Organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA), to raise funds for South Lake Regional Health Center in Newmarket. Our goal is to support the local community and bring people together for a noble cause. We are excited to hold our 4th annual Run for Newmarket charity event. The Run brings out serious and casual runners and walkers from all walks of life. Participants come with their families and enjoy the festivities of the day.     The event takes place in picturesque downtown Newmarket at Fairy Lake. From the scenic 5K route to the inspiring Kids’ Fun Run and the fantastic post-run party, there’s something for everyone at the Rebecca Run for SMA.

    Snuggle up for a cause!

    The Amazing Adventure is a fun-filled Road Rally / Scavenger Hunt where families, friends, businesses, and community groups team up to explore York Region in search of checkpoints, clues, and cozy surprises, all while raising funds for CHATS programs supporting seniors and caregivers.

    This year’s theme is PJs & Teddy Bears, so come dressed in your comfiest pajamas and bring your favourite teddy along for the ride!

    Teams will receive an Event Kit at check-in with everything you need: instructions, wristbands, lunch tickets, and your adventure passport. You’ll complete checkpoint challenges, from photo hunts and tasting tests to puzzles and fun community stops to earn your next clue and move ahead.

    This is not a race, but it is an all-day event, and all participants are expected to arrive at the dinner location by 4:00 p.m.
