Join Us for the 2nd Annual CARES 5K Run & Walk

Celebrate community, inclusion, and action at the 2nd Annual CARES 5K — a community-powered event held in honor of International Autism Awareness Day.

Whether you run, walk, or roll, every step you take helps advance understanding, acceptance, and meaningful inclusion for individuals on the autism spectrum. Together, we are building a more compassionate and inclusive world.

🌟 Event Highlights

5K Run/Walk: A scenic, family-friendly course designed for all fitness levels — runners, walkers, families, and adaptive athletes are all welcome.

Virtual Participation Option: Can’t join us in person? Complete your 5K from anywhere and share your journey online to show your support.

Family-Friendly Activities: Enjoy kid-friendly activities including face painting, sensory-friendly games, and more community fun.

Awareness Campaign: Wear blue to show your support and join our collective movement to #LightItUpBlue.

📝 Registration Details

• Early Bird: $20 (by March 31)

• Standard Registration: $25

• Race Day Registration: $30

Fundraising Incentives: All registered fundraisers will receive special recognition and prizes as a token of our appreciation.

Important Note

Please note that purchasing a donation ticket does not automatically register you for the race. If you would like to participate in the CARES 5K Run/Walk, you must complete a separate race registration.

Get ready to groove and run down memory lane at the I Love the 90s 5K, where you can lace up your sneakers & jam to classic 90s tunes!

Join us for the I Love the 90s 5k! Lace up your sneakers and get ready to groove to the best hits of the 90s while running through beautiful Green Lake Park in Seattle, WA. This in-person event is a blast from the past, celebrating all things 90s. Whether you're a fan of grunge, pop, or hip-hop, this 5k is for you! Dress up in your favorite 90s attire and relive the nostalgia with fellow participants. The course will take you around the scenic Green Lake, providing a picturesque backdrop for your run. So grab your friends, put on your Walkman, and let's make some memories together at the I Love the 90s 5k!
