Celebrate Independence Day and America’s 250th birthday with us at Legacy Park for our annual Firecracker 5K & Fun Run — now bigger, brighter, and more festive than ever and a part of Norman's annual Fourth Fest!
This year’s run brings a special twist as we honor 250 years of the USA with birthday‑themed surprises, patriotic fun, and a course full of red‑white‑and‑blue energy. 🎂🧨

Registration fee for this star-spangled birthday party 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk includes:

⭐Race Day Registration will close 15 minutes prior to the race start at all races, and payment by credit/debit card only will be accepted for your online onsite registration.
Packet pickup:
Kick off race week with us for all races in the series at Beanstalk Coffee & Sno (3408 36th Ave NW, Norman) for pre‑race packet pickup! Keep an eye on the race website and your email for full current details as we get closer - and definitely treat yourself to something tasty while you’re there. 🍵🍧
Race‑day pickup will also be available on site starting one hour before the race, but we strongly encourage everyone to grab packets early prior to race day, to skip race day lines and head to the start line on time.
