We invite you to join us on Sunday, March 29 at 9:30 AM for our 4th annual memorial fundraising walk in memory of Gordie. As we walk together, we’ll honour our special boy and raise funds to support the SUDC Foundation.

After Gordie passed away, we connected with the SUDC Foundation and have been using their resources for over four years, including support groups, connecting with the SUDC community, and their speaker series. We truly believe that by raising awareness and funding for this unique foundation and their research efforts into unexplained child deaths, we can one day create a world without SUDC. Gordie’s infectious smiles and hearty giggles brought joy to everyone he met.

Registration is free, and donations to the SUDC Foundation in Gordie’s memory are greatly appreciated. Please register above so we know you’ll be joining us. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to walking with you!

Whether you're a runner or cyclist looking for an early-season event to shake off winter and gear up for summer events, a new runner enjoying spring weather and a fun run, or looking for a way to support the work of Sanctuary, we invite you to join us.

Sanctuary seeks to be a place of safety, support, and community for those who are, too often, pushed to the margins. Home is, or should be, a place of community and belonging. Together we are trekking to build a place that feels like Home for everyone.

How you can help power our mission:

    1. Walk/Run/Cycle: Join us on April 18th as we Trek for Home (5km, 10km, 21km)

    2. Donate: Every dollar helps us towards our goal or sign up as a monthly donor

    3. Share: Share our campaign and build a team to run/walk/cycle

    4. Volunteer: Your time and skills can make an impact too.

Thank you for supporting our mission, your support is invaluable.

Welcome to the Spring edition 🌸 of the Run to London Brewing co-op from BackRoads!

Join us on Saturday, April 25th for a FREE, community-driven run full of great energy, friendly faces, and post-run hangs at the brewery 🍻

We’ve built this event to be inclusive and approachable, with distance options for everyone, ranging from 5km-25km! For the three distances starting at BackRoads, we’ll have a bag drop (one bag per person) and will bring your belongings straight to the brewery finish line.

Aid stations will be available along the routes, stocked to keep you fuelled and moving thanks to our friends at Tailwind Nutrition!

At the finish line, celebrate your run with a BackRoads x London Brewing collaboration beer, food from a local vendor, and an inviting finish-area hangout with your London running community.

To kickstart recovery right away, our friends from Sauna Cycle Co. will be on site with their cold plunge + sauna setup, bringing the recovery experience straight to the brewery.

Come for the run, stay for the vibes - See you there!

Similar to our Run to Port Stanley, your pace and distance will give you a suggested starting time, having you finish with everyone around 10:45-11:00am. We have 2 volunteer aided stops along the way stocked with TAILWIND endurance fuel, with the first being at the Forks of the Thames, and the second being at the Egerton 'turn-off' on the TVP.

    • this event will be capped at 225 runners -

Crush a mile as fast as you can. Then we take your time and age grade it using THIS calculator.

Both the unaltered times AND age-graded times will appear on HPWR.

Masters athletes- now is your time to show the youngins what would have happened if you raced them "back in your day!"

    When:

If you want to be included in the prizing, you must complete the race on April 25th starting at 9:30AM.

The segment can also be completed anytime from April 20th-25th, you just won't be included in our prizing.

    Course:

    Check out the route HERE.

It's fast, net downhill with only ONE corner to slow you down. This will be a certified course with a start AND finish line!

Timing will still be done using the Strava segment, so make sure to start a little before the marked start line and to run through the finish! Self-timing at the start and finish line will be accepted as well- no cheating!

    Prizes:

TOP 5 AGE GRADED times for both men and women will receive prizes from Runner's Choice, My Next KW HOME GROUP and H+P. Stay tuned for what these will be!
