  Join us for the 12th running of this summer-time classic. The rural and flat 5k route, a USAT&F certified course, starts and ends near the Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Department.

  Late Registration and Packet Pick-up: Runners who want to pick up their race packet on Friday evening, can do so at the race site. RD Tommy Tucker will be at the community building and will have t-shirts and bib numbers available from 5 to 7 this evening. Race-day registration and packet pickup will be Saturday morning beginning at 6:00 a.m.

  Please make sure you register by July 1st to guarantee your t-shirt!

  We are overwhelmed with gratitude for your support, which made this year’s Turkey Trot such a success! Your generosity and participation help move forward important projects at Occoneechee State Park — from the ADA-compliant fishing dock to the new 18-hole Disc Golf Course, and many other meaningful improvements that benefit families and the community all year long.

  Thanks to your contributions, we were also proud to deliver 271 pounds of canned food to the local food bank.

  Because of YOU, we are able to create more opportunities for outdoor recreation, environmental education, and family-friendly events.

  The outpouring of support was truly overwhelming and is sincerely appreciated. We value your feedback, and we truly appreciate your patience as we keep working to make the Turkey Trot experience even better for everyone.
