Get ready to bike, walk, or roll your way through mental health awareness with Hope in Motion 2026. We'll be offering a “choose-your-own-adventure” experience that allows you to participate on your terms and make a direct impact on the mental health and addictions programs and services provided within Peel Dufferin. CMHA Peel Dufferin supports people with mental health and addiction needs to be well and achieve their full potential.
