Join us for over 25 obstacles including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam! Rock out all day to awesome music, enjoy a FREE kids zone for kids 6 and under, taste delicious food, shop from local vendors and celebrate your success in our well-stocked beer garden. With a variety of obstacles and a ton of foam, the 5K Foam Fest is an exciting challenge for experienced and beginner runners alike...Walk it, Run it, Charge it, Fun it; this course should be enjoyed at your own pace and all obstacles are optional!

Run at Ribfest pairs craft brews with running in the best possible way. We've put together a 1.25k loop through Victoria park that starts and ends in the licensed area, where you drink a beer sample each loop. On top of that, race entry comes with more beer tokens and everything in the Sunday Ribfest VIP package. Why wouldn't you want to #RunAtRibfest?

25% of the registration fee to Run Waterloo (total price net of the VIP Ticket). Eg. the current price is $70, of which $35 is directly VIP and $35 is Run Waterloo race entry. RW Member saves 25% on $35, so $8.75! One of many reasons to join the RW Membership!

Run Pure + Simple is our no-bells series of races. These events offer great atmospheres with nothing extra, and are FREE to Run Waterloo members.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or you've never toed the start line of a race, this event is for you! This is the sixth running of this great 1,609 metre event. Most people can walk a mile in 15-20 minutes.

No swag, no food, no awards, just a certified and chiptimed summertime 1 Mile to add to your running schedule.

Prices go up Tuesday at midnight. For RW NEWSLETTER subscribers, don't pay Wednesday prices if you don't want to. We are sending a monthly email in the coming days which among other things includes a promo code for this lowest Runway price. If this interests you, join our mailing list.

What is a Rally?!

So buckle up, keep your eyes peeled, and may the best team win… or at least have the most fun trying.

Starting Line:

The starting line will be somewhere in Halton Hills. We haven't quite pinpointed the exact location just yet! But stay tuned!

Your Registration Fee Includes:

• Rally Kit – filled with snacks and tools to help you along your way

• A Rally car decal

• Breakfast & Lunch

• Finish Line Reception

Registration Fee:

• $110.15 for a Team of 2

• $164.10 for a Team of 4

In addition to the registration fee, teams are required to fundraise, with 100% of funds directed towards The Darling Home for Kids. The suggested fundraising minimums by team are listed below:

• $300 for a Team of 2 and $450 for a Team of 4

Recreational and Competitive Divisions!

Unsure if you're ready to Rally with those that are 'hardcore'?

Our recreational division is an excellent option for beginners. Offering a slightly shorter day, more hints along the route, and a bonus lifeline!

Note: If you are joining a team that has already registered, you will need the team code from the captain. The team code is case sensitive.

Every day, The Darling Home for Kids is entrusted to care for the most medically complex children. Our highly specialized Residential, Respite, and Hospice Palliative Care Programs draw children and families from all over the province. More than 70,000 children in Ontario are classified as medically complex, and that number continues to rise, as does the demand for our services.

Proceeds from the Rally for DHK will help to support our core programs and services. With your help, we can provide each child with the best care possible.
