Honoring comfort, dignity, and love.

The 1st annual “Run to Remember” will be a community-based 5K run/walk dedicated to raising funds and awareness for hospice care in the greater Rochester area. This event will provide individuals and families a meaningful way to honor loved ones who have received hospice services, while reinforcing the mission of compassionate, end-of-life care.

Join us on race day to:

• Honor loved ones who have received hospice care.

• Raise funds to expand and sustain hospice services and support programs.

• Increase awareness of the value, availability, and dignity of hospice care.

• Build a network of community support, healing, and shared experience.

WHEN: Saturday, September 26th, 2026 - 8:00 AM start

WHERE: Race start/finish will be on MCC campus roads. USATF Course Certified NY22018DNP

Parking, registration & post-race refreshments will be at Faith Bible Church

COST: $25 till September 25th, $30 on race day

AWARDS: CASH to top 3 overall males & females $150/$100/$50

Gold/silver/bronze medals in each age group:

Male: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 and 80 & over.

Female: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-79 and 80 & over.

T-SHIRT OR Cool-Max Socks: Register by September 1st to guarantee your size (non-gender specific)

PACKET PICKUP: Friday, September 25th, 5-7 pm, at Faith Bible Church, 1095 E. Henrietta Rd or Race Day, 7:00-7:50 am, at Faith Bible Church

PARKING: At Faith Bible Church only - NO PARKING allowed at MCC

POST-RACE FOOD & REFRESHMENTS: Pancake casserole, Chobani yogurt, bagels, bananas, salty snacks, water, coffee
