10 Miles 5 Miles Run Virtual

This is the final race of our Triple Crown Challenge. It is strategically placed on the calendar before many of the spring marathons and half marathons. It is the perfect distance for the build up on your training plan. The event is held at Picard Park in Milton, Louisiana.

Triple Crown Registration & Swag Eligibility:

Register for all three Triple Crown races together to qualify for exclusive Cajun Road Runners swag!

If you initially registered for races individually but would like to switch to the Triple Crown package, please notify us by October 24, 2026 to guarantee your swag. Triple Crown registrations made after October 24th may not include swag.

Cash awards will be given to the TOP THREE OVERALL male and female winners. Awards will be given to the top THREE finishers in each age group: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and older. We will add older age groups in 10 year increments as needed.

5 Mile Option:

We have added a 5 mile option to the Vermilion River Run. Runners will turn around 2.5 miles from the start and follow the same route back to the finish.

There are no cash awards and the Top 5 male and Top 5 female runners will receive an award.

Packet Pickup:

Packet pickup will be available race day as well, from 6:30am to 7:30am. Race starts at 8am. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU MAKE PACKET PICKUP SO RACE DAY RUNS MORE SMOOTHLY.

Race day registration is available, but there is no guarantee that you will receive a jacket in your size. Quantities are limited. Must register by November 12, 2026. We will NOT be doing a reorder/reprint.

RACE DAY PARKING

Limited parking is available at Picard Park - 130 Park Lane. For runner safety, you cannot exit the parking lot until the road has reopened.

Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Early Bird registration increases three weeks prior to the first race event.

    Challenger: This Series offers a Challenger Division which is an adaptive 75 yard race for children with disabilities and/or special needs. This allows for parents, siblings, and friends to be on the course with runners to provide support as well as bringing their own supportive devices such as crutches, braces, wheelchairs, etc. to be used by runners.

    Single Day Racing: Single day race registration opens one hour prior to the start of each race. The registration fee covers one single race to be run on the day of registration. ALL single day registrations should be completed onsite at the race location. Single day racers will have the option to upgrade to the full series (see tab on the left side of the page for instructions). There is a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy.

    Awards: All participants receive a medal on Week 5! Trophies will be awarded to the overall top finishers in each of the divisions listed below (broken out by boys and girls respectively):

    This family friendly event will include lots of fun and laughter, local vendors, food, music and celebration so be sure to bring your entire family!     PARKING

    Parking is available for a small fee ($2/hour or a maximum daily fee of $10) and parking is FREE for "Friends of Moncus Park" members. Handicap parking and ADA-accessible pathways are available. To learn more about Moncus Park, please visit their website www.moncuspark.org

    PACKET PICKUP

    Packet pick-up schedules will be posted closer to the date of the event. Same day registration will be available before the start of the run, which will be $35.00 for adults and $20.00 for children.

    PRIZES

    Prizes will be awarded to the top Male and top Female Overall Finishers as well as to the top Male and Female Ostomates.

    OPTIONAL OSTOMY POUCH

    Race registration bags will have typical race/sponsor promotional items, ostomy education materials, and most importantly an ostomy pouch provided by one or more of our sponsors. We encourage non-ostomate participants to put on a pouch for the race to improve awareness and empathy for the challenges faced by people living with ostomies.

    CREATE OR JOIN A RACE GROUP/TEAM!

    Once you’ve registered you have the option to CREATE a new RACE GROUP/TEAM or to JOIN one that’s already been established. This is a great way to get others in your community to Register to Participate in the Run and compete against each other. Invite family, friends, co-workers to Register, pick to be on your Race Group/Team (or start their own), order their T-Shirt & Bib and celebrate the day with you! (Please note this is NOT a Team Fundraiser. To set up a Personal or Team Fundraiser, please go to the DONATE button.)

    Raise $125 or more and your Registration Fee will be refunded!

    Fundraising is an important aspect of our Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K. Funds raised help UOAA continue to provide resources, educational materials, advocacy and support to the ostomy and continent diversion community.

    We invite you to set up your own Personal or Team Fundraiser when registering to participate in the event, or through our DONATE button at the top of this page. You can create a unique Fundraiser Name and URL address, personalize your fundraising message, and direct your friends and family to your page to join your team or sponsor you in your fundraising goal.

    A fun, family friendly 5k through beautiful Youngsville, LA. All proceeds will support the effort to preserve our present Church, and to build and expand a new worship space for St. Anne Parish.
