The Gratitude Run

Please join us for TJHS Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy's 3rd Annual 5K on Corrigan Drive in South Park. The start of the race will be at the corner of Corrigan Dr. and 100 Acres. We will have a Chinese auction, 50/50 raffle and food to purchase at the Montour Pavilion (right off of 100 Acres). Anne's Army 5K is a fundraiser to raise money for a family whose mother is battling Stage 4 breast cancer. Please help this family battle their medical bills as Anne fights this serious illness.

Parking is available across Corrigan Drive at the Ice Skating Rink and there is a parking lot at the bottom of 100 Acres. The 5K will be timed by Miles of Smiles. We had over 200 registered runners/walkers last year! We'd love to have even more this year!

The Chasing Chad's Recovery 5K is a fundraiser to raise money for a family whose father was suddenly diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome. He has been incapable of working since November. Please help this family battle their medical bills as Chad recovers from Guillain Barre Syndrome!

Parking is available across Corrigan Drive at the Ice Skating Rink and there is a parking lot at the bottom of 100 Acres. The 5K and 1-Mile Kids' Trot will be timed by Miles of Smiles. We had over 300 registered runners/walkers last year! We'd love to have even more this year!

The JR Taylor 5K is a family friendly event, run or walked on the Montour Trail. It begins 800 feet north of the trail’s J. R. Taylor Memorial Bridge over Clifton Road in Bethel Park, near Washington Elementary School and Al's Cafe.

We have special pricing of $15 for ages 17 and under!

We have chipped timing, t-shirts, medals, snacks, and door prizes and more!

Shirt and Bib Pickup is 4:30-6:00 PM on June 4th and 5th at the Bethel Park Community Center. You can also pick up prior to 8:00 AM at the race.

This race is chip timed by Wolf Creek Race Management

Our annual 5k race will take place on June 13, 2026! If you are unable to attend in person, we are offering a virtual option again for this year.

In Person Event:

If you've attended our 5k in the past, it will be organized as our previous events were. If this is your first time, here's some info! Our course runs along Corrigan Drive. Our course starts near the black and yellow playground along Corrigan Drive, heads down toward Library Road past the ice rink and back to end near the starting line.

Registration fee includes a moisture-wicking t-shirt, timing chip, and race bib.

Virtual 5k Option:

If you are unable to attend in person, but want to support our cause, you may choose to register for our virtual 5k. You may complete your 5k at any time. We love seeing pictures of your events too, so please feel free to share them. During 2025, our virtual 5k drew participants from 25 different states across the country!

Registration fee includes a moisture-wicking t-shirt and race bib

Registration Details & Race-Day Timeline:

*Online registration closes at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2026.

*Walk-Up registrations between 7:30am and 8:15am are welcome the morning of the race.

*7:30 - 8:15 a.m. - Race day registration & packet pickup will be at the Peterswood Park Softball Complex, Venetia PA. From Bebout Road continue past the Recreation Center on Meredith Drive, make a left on Bruni Drive and follow parking lot around to the Softball Complex.

*8:30 - 5K Start

*Must register by May 25th to be guaranteed a race T-Shirt
