It's a classic ~ pretty much "The Original Vermont Gravel Grinder" ~ and among the best one-day bike tour routes in New England! Mountain vistas backdrop farmers haying in the

field, while you pedal past white-steepled churches, historic barns, waterfalls, and lakes in this formerly-known-as Central Vermont Cycling Tour. The scenery is unbroken and you're free to concentrate on the beauty because this is a supported ride with convenient food stops and well-marked courses! Plus, enjoy a celebratory lunch and a delicious Morse Farm Maple Creemee included with every registration (you've earned it!).

Choose among three levels of ease/difficulty, ranging from the family-friendly short course (quiet roads winding along serene ponds and meandering past quaint country stores) to the challenging long course (59 miles of gravel grinder roads with over 6000 feet of elevation gain) - all courses were designed by Olympic cyclist Pavel Cherkasov.

    Route Maps:

Early registration is $60 per adult. Starting on May 31, registration is $75 per adult.

Kids 11 and under register for FREE! (Kids in this category will need an adult to reg and ride with them and sign a waiver)

Start and finish at Morse Farm Maple Sugarworks in East Montpelier, VT with routes running through towns of Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Woodbury, and Worcester.

    RIDE DAY SCHEDULE:

Sign-in opens at 7:30 AM and closes at 9:30 AM.

You can sign in and start riding anytime between 7:30 and 9:30. At 10:30 AM, celebratory lunch begins and goes through the afternoon; 4:30 PM course closes.

Food is free to all riders in attendance.

    VOLUNTEERS!

Convince your friends or family to join this incredible event as a volunteer! Cheer on riders, hang with the Onion River Outdoors team and help fundraise for Cross Vermont Trails Association. Signups coming soon!

    REFUND POLICY:

PLEASE REGISTER USING YOUR CAMPER'S NAME AND PERSONAL INFO (BIRTH DATE, TEAM NAME, ETC.) BUT PARENT/GUARDIAN CONTACT INFO (EMAIL, PHONE, ETC.)

You're invited to join us for a week of epic rides at

Vermont’s Kingdom Trails, a 100+ mile network of trails for all skill levels. We'll be staying at the beautiful 30-acre campus of Burke Mountain Academy, a residential high school for aspiring Olympic skiers, starting Sunday, July 12th, through Saturday, July 18th. Camp is open to NJ NICA student-athletes who are in 5th-11th grade for the 2025/2026 school year and who have participated in at least one season with the NJ NICA league by the start of camp.

Campers and coaches will stay in one of six house-like dormitories and eat all meals together in the modern dining hall. The campus is ideally located just a short bike ride from “downtown” East Burke, VT, and surrounded by a network of over 100 miles of singletrack to explore.

In addition to epic rides, there will be skills clinics, on-the-bike games, bike maintenance classes, and more. There will also be lots of non-biking activities, including sports, team-building challenges, crafts, hiking, etc. Camp staff will be comprised of experienced and certified NICA coaches from the New Jersey league.

More detailed camp information can be found at www.newjerseymtb.org/camps
