Since "THAT NIGHT" so much has been done through the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund:

• Aden was awarded the Carnegie Hero Award for his selfless heroic act

• Aden received 2 medals of Valor

• We received 2 proclamations for Aden Perry Day in Broward County AND Aden's home town

• We have received multiple awards for the works being done in Aden's name through the Aden Perry Good Samaritan And Scholarship Fund

• Aden had a street named after him in his hometown of Sunrise Florida at the location of the lake where the accident took place. The street is Aden Perry Way just off of Flamingo Road in Sunrise Florida

• We are now an official 501C3

• We have given hundreds of SAT Prep, book and paid testing fees Scholarships

• Awarded over 60 monetary scholarships to graduating seniors

• AWARDED ANOTHER HERO A FULL SCHOLARSHIP TO FF/ EMT SCHOOL

• Honor students for being a Good Samaritan every year on Aden Perry Day

• Donated school supplies to over 2000 students in need

• Supplies School Uniforms and other School Clothes to students in need

• Supported other local charities

• Sent school supplies and food for children to Jamaica to help students whose schools were destroyed by Hurricane Melissa

• Helped students in protective custody and Foster Care through our Partnership with BCHBA with all their back to school needs

• Sponsored Foster Care Kids Holiday Event

• Sponsored a student to perform at Carnegie Music Hall

• Sent the Western Robotics Club to State Championships

• Sponsored a student to compete at National Future Problem Solvers Competition

• Set up a college/job prep center at Aden's High School

• Set up a reading corner at local Elementary School

• Sponsored a sensory wall at a local Pre-School

• Adopted and maintain a city street in honor of Aden

• Presented the Aden Perry Hero Life Ring initiative with the goal of having life rings along waterways to aid in future water emergencies

• Received multiple awards for the Aden Perry Hero Life Ring Initiative

• Installed hundreds of Aden Perry Hero Life Rings in Broward, Miami Dade and Palm Beach Counties on a County level as well as in municipalities throughout those counties

• Installed Aden's Hero Life Rings on campus at FSU and NSU

The categories will be Overall Top 3 Male and Female, with the top 3 in each age group starting at 14 &under, 15-19, and 5 year increments until 80 &over.

Margarita Mile

The Margarita Mile will crown 1 Male and 1 Female winner.

Taco Trot

For the little Taco Trotters we will have finisher medals for them.

RULES

5K:

Anyone may participate in the 5K run, however you must be 21 & over to enjoy a beer after the run. We will be checking ID's and will strictly enforce this policy.

Margarita Mile:

YOU MUST BE 21 & OVER TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT. Participants will be given a margarita prior to the start of the race. You will be required to drink the entire margarita prior to starting the run. The Margarita will be in can form and will be distributed to you prior to the start. If you register for this category and are NOT 21 and over, you will not be refunded and you will be disqualified. Even though we will check ID's at bib distribution, we also reserve the right to check ID's at Margarita distribution. Make sure you are carrying your ID with you at all times.

Taco Trot:

This event is a 400 Meter kids dash, that will be restricted to kids 10 & under. Parents, we encourage you to dress your trotters in your favorite Taco costume or Cinco De Mayo festive gear!

Welcome to our 5th Annual Run For Raegan Race!

We are so excited for you to be joining us on this special day we created for Raegan in May of 2021. We know she would be honored and beyond excited to participate with all her family and friends near and far. Raegan always did enjoy a good race and was known to even out run her boy-friends.

We started this race virtually with the Michael Mosier Foundation in May of 2020 when Raegan was still fighting this monster of a tumor (DIPG) The Mosiers are near and dear to our heart because not only did they lose their son Michael at the age of 6 but they were the first ones to reach out to us and have been part of our journey since. In November of 2020 after Raegan passed away we decided to become Family Partners with the Mosier's as they were merging with another Foundation called Chad Tough. The Carrs lost their son Chad at the age of 5 to DIPG. We now fight for a cure together with the Chad Tough Defeat DIPG Foundation along with over 40 other Family Partners.

We thank you for your continued support in our mission and continuing Raegan's legacy. Without your support, love, and prayers we would not be where we are today.
