From the roaring crowds at "Jurassic Park" to the iconic silhouette of the CN Tower overlooking Lake Ontario, the "6ix" is a city that thrives on diversity, ambition, and a relentless competitive spirit. Whether you're exploring the historic Distillery District or the bustling streets of the Entertainment District, Toronto provides a premier, multicultural stage for athletes to unite and test their limits.

This high-intensity event features a gauntlet of 10 functional fitness zones and 5km of running. The action kicks off with the grueling DEKA FIT Ultra, where endurance specialists face a multi-lap test of pure willpower. The momentum continues as individual athletes hit the floor in the Age Group waves to battle the clock, followed by the heavy-duty challenge of the Ruck category. As the day progresses, the stakes rise with the high-speed Elite heats, finally culminating in a showcase of synergy and speed with the 2-Person Teams.
