Online Registration will Close on Thursday 7/2/2025 at 11:59 pm. You can register Friday 7/3/2025 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at packet pick-up and the day of the event Saturday 7/4/2023 at 6:30 am.

Enjoy like minded folks at a small town 5k to celebrate healthy living and support Evart Public Schools.

To better incorporate the 5K event within downtown Evart, the course will start and finish at the Evart Elementary School 515 N Cedar St Evart, MI. Refreshments and music will be waiting for you at the finish line. Support on the course will be provided by generous volunteers.

PETS are prohibited from participating in the event

All participants will receive a ribboned button commemorating the 5k. The 5k run/walk medals will be awarded to places 1-3, male and female, in age groups: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.

$25 for adults

$15 for Youth (18 and younger)

Results will be available immediately after the race at the finish line and will be posted on the Evart July 4th 5k website (https://evart5kwalkrun.wixsite.com/evart5k) later that day. Packets can be picked up on July 3rd from 4:00-6:00 PM at the Evart Elementary School or on race day beginning at 6:30 AM at the start.

    Support Missaukee County kids by participating in Community Hope's Love Your Neighbor 5K Run/Walk, Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 9 A.M. This run/walk is open to all ages and is a fun and exciting event benefiting our mentoring and food programs, impacting over 200 children and youth, from Pre-K - 12th grade each week. Challenge yourself with this paved course that includes hills and curves while enjoying the beauty of northern Michigan around Timber Wolf Lake's beautiful campus! (Sorry, no dogs are allowed on Timber Wolf Lake property).

    Entry Fees:

    • 5 yrs. & Under: Free (t-shirt not available)

    • 6-9 yrs. $12 (see registration/postmark deadlines below for guaranteed t-shirt).

    • 10 yrs. & Up:

    • Registered/Postmarked by April 30: $30 (guaranteed t-shirt).

    • Registered/Postmarked May 1 - May 8: $35 (t-shirt if available)

S.T.R.I.V.E. 5k timed participants and student participants will run or walk the course from the east end of Sunset Lane behind the Cadillac Senior Center (across the street from the High School football field) toward Kenwood Park and back along the shoreline of beautiful Lake Cadillac to the finish line at the east end of Sunset Lane behind the Cadillac Senior Center. Through collaborative efforts by Cadillac Rotarians and other key community members, this event is successfully run each year.
