This clinic will meet at our Langley store at 6:00 pm every Wednesday night for 9 weeks from May 6 until Sunday July 5th. Cost is $60! Anyone with an interest in improving their fitness and learning more about the sport of fitness - walking, jogging and running in a fun and social atmosphere is qualified to join. We offer three distinct program-levels for everyone.

The Learn-to-Run - 001 and 101 & Run Easy 201 programs offer a safe and gradual introduction to improved fitness and fun race-event preparation. The Run Easy club will achieve more ambitious, steady training runs. Each session features the ‘Walk-Jog-Run’ technical progression, until you’re finally running strong for 45 minutes+, 3-4 times per week... at a pace that will allow you to walk or run a 5k - 10k event with comfort and flare!!

Some people want to relieve stress or lose weight on the way to improving their ability to run safely and better every week. Our program design is specifically developed to help you gain strength with a safe running technique.

This is a great way to get in shape for the summer, and your entry fee includes entry to the Fort Langley 5 K race on July 5th, 2026!

Abbotsford Trail Running Club was born in 2016 when a group of Fraser Valley trail enthusiasts recognized a gap in their community, founding what would become the region's premier trail running collective. Based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, ATRC brings together runners of all levels, from curious beginners to seasoned regulars, united by a shared love of the lush forests and mountain-backed terrain surrounding them. The crew's philosophy centers on promoting fitness and community through accessible trail running while advocating fiercely for the local nature trails that make their mission possible. Welcoming newcomers through dedicated beginner runs and hosting women-only nights, ATRC ensures no one tackles the trails alone. Monday and Thursday anchor the weekly schedule, with special Tuesday and Wednesday outings adding variety and adventure to every runner's calendar.

What began as a joke between friends living near Fraser Street became Vancouver's most community-driven run club. Founded in November 2013 by Michelle, Jesse, Cody, and Kat, Fraser Street Run Club has grown to more than 100 runners who believe in keeping it social, sustainable, and open to everyone. The crew attracts people of all levels who love trails, city streets, and the conversations that happen along the way. Every Friday at 7 PM from East 17th Ave and Tuesdays at the Eric Hamber Track, the same philosophy guides them: get people moving and keep the community strong.

In April 2014, a few Vancouver runners training for a half-marathon discovered something unexpected: post-run beers tasted better when shared. What started as a casual reward after training sessions quickly evolved into East Van Run Crew, founded by Ryan as a gathering place where running meets friendship and laughter. Today, EVRC anchors Vancouver's running culture with radical inclusivity at its core. Every Monday, the crew assembles at a rotating local brewery for group runs that double as social adventures, mixing trail time with community connection. There's no hierarchy here, no pressure to chase splits or PRs. Instead, EVRC celebrates movement for movement's sake, drawing runners of every pace and experience level into a space where judgment dissolves and camaraderie thrives. Beyond the weekly runs, the crew organizes grassroots charity races that funnel energy back into the neighborhoods they love. East Van Run Crew has become proof that running is never just about the miles, it's about who you run them with.

Ice Cream & Donut Run Club started with a single question in July 2018: what if you ran to ice cream and donut shops instead of just past them? Founder Karen turned that idea into Vancouver's sweetest running community, now 450 members strong. The crew explores the city's best ice creameries and donuteries on foot, with every run ending in a treat. Saturday afternoons at 2pm, two routes mean everyone belongs, whether you're a Boston Marathoner tackling the 8k or a first-time runner savoring the 5k. Nobody gets left behind, and nobody has ever complained about the philosophy: run hard, run far, or run easy, then reward yourself.
