Join us for a race that’s bigger than the miles.

On Sunday, April 19, 2026, Stamford Run Club proudly welcomes runners of all levels to Mill River Park for the SRC 5K, 10K & Half Marathon—a high-energy celebration of running, community, and Stamford pride.

Whether you’re chasing a PR, running your first race, or soaking in the atmosphere with friends, this event is designed to deliver an unforgettable race-day experience in the heart of downtown Stamford.

Founded in 2024, Stamford Run Club has grown rapidly into one of the area’s most welcoming and consistent running communities. What started as weekly Wednesday night runs has become a movement—bringing together runners of all paces through shared miles, connection, and commitment.

In just two years, SRC has:

    • Built a thriving local running community

    • Hosted multiple successful community races

    • Created a race experience rooted in inclusivity, energy, and fun

This year’s event marks a major milestone with the return of a half marathon to Stamford for the first time in over 30 years, bringing long-distance road racing back to the heart of the city. Headlined by Kane Footwear and lululemon and supported by an incredible lineup of local sponsors and vendors, the race goes far beyond the start and finish line.

Runners can expect a vibrant race village at Mill River Park, premium sponsor activations and giveaways, professional timing and course support, and a community-first race-day energy that carries through to a post-race atmosphere that feels like a true celebration. To preserve the quality of the experience, registration is capped at 1,000 total runners across all distances, and early registration is strongly encouraged as this event is expected to fill.

5K runners will run or walk the course once,

10K runners will complete two loops,

and Half Marathon runners will take on four loops of the route.

Join family, friends and neighbors once again for Breast Cancer Alliance’s 5K for Hope! Run or walk, alone or with family or friends, as we honor and remember loved ones, friends and colleagues who have faced breast cancer head on and raise money to help BCA do its part to eradicate this disease.

100% of proceeds raised from this event will be designated for Breast Cancer Alliance Screening and Support Services grants. This funding helps to eliminate barriers of access to screening for diverse, socioeconomically underserved and uninsured patients who would otherwise not be able to afford, or gain access to, lifesaving breast cancer screening and diagnostic services.

They are famous for "owning Monday nights" with an all-weather social run, and have expanded to include track nights and Saturday long runs, welcoming all paces to join their journey.

WEPA is an inspiring and motivating running movement that was founded in New York City in the summer of 2016. Their name is a powerful double entendre: it is an acronym for their core values—Work-Excel-Persevere-Achieve—and "¡Wepa!" is a popular Hispanic cultural exclamation of joy and excitement. The crew was created to inspire those intimidated by running and to help people run their very first mile. They have since cultivated a supportive "family atmosphere" where members hold each other accountable and celebrate every milestone along the way.

GoldFinger Track Club (GFTC) is a unique and diverse running collective with deep roots in New York City, founded in March 2016 by Jerry. Born from a winning relay team, GFTC operates with a distinct structure: they are a global crew with no regular weekly meetups, allowing members to run freely and come together only when it matters most—for events, races, and parties. They have a dual mission: to unite a diverse group of athletes, from elite underground racers to beginners, and to have a positive impact on their community by building new runners from the ground up, especially in Brooklyn.
