Run Ultra

Punch Out Ultra, a "Suffer UP" Event Tucked away in the quiet backwoods of Northwest Florida, the Punch Out Ultra takes runners through a one-of-a-kind course winding across a private high-fence deer ranch — a wild and scenic setting you won’t find anywhere else. The course is a 4-mile out-and-back loop that starts and finishes beside a mirror-still pond, where fog rises with the dawn and the reflections of the trees ripple with each passing runner. From there, the route unfolds across pine needle–covered trails, sandy dirt roads, and stretches of grassy relief. The mix of surfaces keeps your legs guessing — offering a little bit of everything Florida’s trail country has to give. Expect gentle elevation, natural beauty, and plenty of solitude, with the occasional deer watching you from the woodline. Each lap brings you back to the heart of the ranch — the start/finish beside the pond — where camaraderie, determination, and the will to push yourself to new limits meet. Whether you’re chasing

a personal best or simply testing how far your feet can carry you, the Punch Out Ultra is more than a race — it’s an adventure through raw, rugged Florida that will stay with you long after the dust settles. Race Outline * This is an out and back course through ATV style trails. The property is home to several well managed deer so the sights will be impressive if you keep your eyes open for those mature whitetail deer. * The distance for each leg is 4.2 miles. You will run out to the turn around where you will be met by a volunteer and a water only aid station. Once you cross the start/finish line, you will receive a hole punch in your bib for that lap to count. This is one lap which equals one hole punch. * Each team member can run or walk at their desired pace and get as many laps as possible for their team but each member must complete at least one lap for the whole team to qualify. * There will be one full aid station at the start line and a water station at the turn around. We ask that

you bring your own bottle or cup to drink from as this will be a cupless event. * At the aid station there will be snacks and electrolyte mixes for you to enjoy. We will also serve a light lunch for all runners to enjoy during the race. Please also bring your own food/electrolytes for the race as you will be burning a lot of calories during this event! Rules This race is hosted by the Suffer Up Podcast in partnership with the Mens Barn Meeting in Molino, Florida. The overall mission of the race is to create an uplifting environment for runners of all skill level to compete and push themselves in a team setting. Our mission here at Suffer Up is to encourage and lead others to suffer with a purpose. Striving to level up in life with an emphasis on spiritual, mental, and physical wellbeing. We trust that all runners and spectators will be respectful and courteous towards one another. * Individual or 4 person teams. No more, no less. * Each team member must complete at least 1 lap to qualify. *

This race is a set time limit of 8 hours. Complete as many legs as you can in the 8 hours, or less if you choose. If you are not back by the end of the 8 hours, that lap will not count. No partial laps will be counted. * If you need to rest for any reason, feel free! This is a self paced event; all levels of fitness are welcome! You can run as many or as few legs as you wish. * Each runner will be assigned a bib, you must wear your bib during the entire race. There will be no swapping of bibs for any reason and you will receive one punch per bib per lap. * When traveling on the trail you will stay on the right side of the road/trail. This is a wide enough trail to drive a pick up truck through so be respectful of other runners and follow the rules of the road while on the trail. * You will be disqualified if you are found running off of the trail, littering, harassing wildlife, damaging property, short cutting, or any other form of reckless behavior. It is a privilege for us to utilize this

space for this race and if anyone is found behaving as such you will be politely asked to leave the event and your team will be disqualified. It will be up to the race director and the landowners discretion if the behavior warrants a disqualification. We WILL uphold this. We want everyone to have a fun and great race so we must hold a high level of respect for others and the property. * You must be starting your final lap at least 40 min prior to the 8 hour event finish. * You must complete an entire leg for the lap to count. If you don’t cross the finish line then that lap will not count. * In the event one of your team members decides to drop, that is fine as their laps will count towards the overall team score, however no alternate will be allowed to enter in place of the runner who dropped. Once all team members have dropped your team’s race is completed. Individual Runners: The rules are simple for you, run as many laps as you can on this beautiful trail for 8 hours and accomplish your

goal or personal best. We will award you with a Suffer Up challenge coin if you complete a 50K in the 8 hours. *We do encourage you to try and assemble a team as this race is designed to push and uplift others! Your other team members only need to complete 1 lap to be eligible as a team. * All runners who complete a 50k distance (8 bib punches) will receive a limited edition Suffer Up ULTRA Finisher challenge coin * You WILL be respectful to all volunteers and race staff. If you are found being rude, or disrespectful to any members present, your team will be forfeited and asked to leave the premises. This is a family orientated event and outlandish behavior will NOT be tolerated by Suffer Up or The Mens Barn Meeting Staff. Kids Race We will have a free kids race during the event for children ages 3-12. Time TBA. We kindly ask that an adult be present during the .3 mile loop race around the beautiful lake. Food and Amenities There will be restrooms, the covered barn, non potable water, and

space for people to set up a tent for the race. We will have a full aid station at the start/finish line with water, food and snacks; and a water station at the turn around mark. We will have a food truck on site as well for runners and spectators to eat and enjoy during the event. There is also an alligator pen for SPECTATING ONLY!! Awards * There will be a first, second, and third place award for the top teams. For individuals, we will also have an award for first, second, and third place finishers in the individual division. The Although this event requires individual effort, this is a team event so each team member will be awarded a medal for first, second and third place team. * All runners who complete a 50k distance (8 bib punches) you will receive a limited edition Suffer Up ULTRA Finisher challenge coin. * All team members will receive a t-shirt, Suffer Up sticker, and possibly other goodies with their race packet. Relay Team Registration Team Captains will register their team &

invite team members. Team Members will receive an email to complete their registration and will need to have an UltraSignup Member profile. If you don't have one yet, click Sign In > Sign Up. Then login with your account, and click the link in the relay invite email to accept the invitation and complete the registration process. Need help? Click here to reach the UltraSignup team. Each member of the team must be present at check in and have a signed waiver on file. In the event that a team member drops: * We will not issue refunds. We understand things happen, however since this is a team event, you may have alternates in case one member needs to cancel. * You will still be allowed to race with your remaining team members. You may name your team whatever you wish, we politely ask you name your team appropriately. This is a family friendly event. IF you happen to win and your team name is not appropriate enough for us to read out amongst children, your team name will not be mentioned. * You

will receive a bib with your name on it. Please keep this bib on you at all times during the race and accessible for punches. If you are registering as an individual, please be sure to select the correct registration link. * Individual Runners: No refunds after December 1st. If you need to cancel for any reason, please reach out to us to see about rolling over your entry fees to our next event! Spectators/Crew * Spectators are welcome to come support their runners, however due to the nature of the course and the deer farm that the runners will be running through, a large portion of the race will be inaccessible to spectators and crews. Crew members will be allowed to set up an EZ style pop up tent for their runners near the start/finish line. EMERGENCIES Please ensure you have an emergency contact on the registration. Should a runner have an emergency, we will assist with getting them off the trail and the 911 system will be activated immediately. Cellular service is poor in this area

however the race directors will have access via satellite so please make sure any emergency notifications are made to either Nate or Ryan with Suffer UP IMMEDIATELY.
