Whether you’re a competitive or recreational runner, an experienced or beginner walker, or just looking to meet up and do something fun, the Annual Randolph Rocks 5K Run/1K Fun Run is for you! Bring your friends, family and neighbors and join us to help support an amazing organization: Randolph Education Foundation (REF). REF, a nonprofit organization that supports the Randolph Township School District will host Randolph Rocks 5K/1K on May 30, 2026 at the Randolph High School Wellness Center (511 Millbrook Avenue; Randolph, NJ 07869). The 1K Fun Run begins at 8:30 AM and the 5K Race will start at 8:45 AM. Roads close at 8:15 AM so please make it to Randolph High School by 8:15 AM.

Can't make it with us in-person for the event? You're in luck! You can also register for a Virtual 5K Race instead. This can be completed whenever you would like between May 30 and June 6, 2026. Participants can run, walk or hike the 5K. If you want to do it all at once you can, or you can break it up and do it over a few days. Where you complete it is up to you. Your local neighborhood, a park, a hiking trail, or a treadmill are all great options! Grab a friend, family member, or just yourself and go have some fun!

We are thrilled to welcome everyone back for another year of community and competition. This annual event is a vital fundraiser for the Wayne Rotary, helping us secure the funds necessary to support our local community. Continuing our long-standing tradition, a portion of the race proceeds will be awarded to the Wayne Area High School running programs.

Race Highlights

• Known for being super-fast and flat, our course adjacent the Our Lady of the Valley Church is back in the spotlight and available to provide your next PR!

• We are honored to once again host a USATF Championship in 2026. The Rotary is super excited to welcome the USATF and their competitive Coed Teams back to for a second year.

• Costco will once again sponsor the event with a smorgasbord of baked good! There is something delicious for everyone.

• The Awards & After Party will be held at the Village Inn!

The Pompton Lakes PBA Local 161 invites you to our 1st 5K Run/Walk.This family-friendly event is open to runners and walkers of all levels.

• Check in begins at 8:00 A.M. and the race starts at 9:00 A.M.

• First 100 people to register will receive a t-shirt.

• Age group medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and female times in each age group:

• 15 and under

• 16-19

• 20-29

• 30-39

• 40-49

• 50-59

• 60-69

• 70+

• This is a rain or shine event!

The 3rd Annual Mountain Lakes Volunteer Fire Department "Fired Up for the 4th 5K Run” will be held June 20th! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this 5K is the perfect way to kick off summer. Runners, runners with strollers, walker, and kids are all welcome. We've got a day packed with excitement. Discounted entry fees for fire, police, and EMS entrants. Awards will be given to the fastest male and female firefighters, police, EMS, and runners overall as well as to age group winners.

Proceeds from the event will help the Mountain Lakes Fire Department better protect the Mountain Lakes community and our firefighters. Your entry fees will enable the Department to purchase new firefighting and safety equipment and enhance training. MLVFD Fired Up for the 4th 5K

Saint Catherine of Siena Parking Lot | 10 N Pocono Road | Saturday, June 28th

9:00 am | Start @ West Shore Road, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046

Limited parking available at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 10 North Pocono Road, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046. On-street parking will be available on Pocono Road and West Shore Road and other nearby neighborhood streets off of West Shore Road (Roberts Drive, Arden Road) DO NOT PARK ON EAST SHORE ROAD, NORTH CRANE, OR CRANE, as these roads are part of the 5K course route.

All pre- and post-race activities will take place at the far end of the parking lot. Day of race registration, day of race bib and t-shirt (if you registered before the t-shirt deadline) pickup, music, refreshments, firefighting demonstrations, the awards ceremony and award pickup will take place in the parking lot at St. Catherine's. Approximately 5-10 minutes before the start of the race, we will proceed as a group over to the start line on East Shore Road, where the race will begin and end.
