Join us for the MARCH MADNESS HALF MARATHON, 10K, 5K run festival in beautiful Weequahic Park, ESSEX COUNTY, Newark, NJ. The course is mostly on well-maintained paved paths through wooded sections that border a picturesque lake. The paved surface is mostly a rubber track (amazing!!) and is made for uber fan support, just long enough to keep you interested and so that anyone going long gets support from family and friends each time they make a pass at the start and finish line .... and turn around point of the race. The race is fully supported with 3 expertly managed support stations with Gatorade, water, and gels. Live timing and live tracking so that we can see your progress on a digital map throughout the entire event. Live streaming of the finish line with photography and finisher videos for all. Add to this some really big and beautiful finisher medals, soft and comfortable technical t-shirts, and food and beverages to go along with the music and fun at our always memorable awards

ceremony. So, don't wait, this race will sell out. Join us now and make it happen at the MARCH MADNESS HALF MARATHON, 10K, 5k run festival.

    [runningcrews.com] [runningcrews.com] - Instagram

Founded in January 2018 by Ryo, Dao-Yi, and Eugene, Old Man Run Club in New York City began as a lighthearted joke about feeling old while running but quickly blossomed into a welcoming community of around 50 members. Emphasizing long-distance runs every Saturday—ranging from 9 to 22 miles at a conversational pace—the club fosters inclusivity across all paces, ages, and genders, with more female than male runners. Meeting at Urban Studios, members share camaraderie that extends beyond running, exploring iconic city routes along the Hudson River, Central Park, and landmarks like the Brooklyn Bridge. Rooted in the spirit of the NYC Marathon, the club provides a supportive environment for building endurance and confidence while celebrating the vibrant energy and diverse neighborhoods of New York. Without formal membership or fees, Old Man Run Club invites anyone eager to embrace the challenge of long runs and genuine connection in the city’s dynamic running scene.
