Please join us on Sunday, August 16th, 2026, as we host our 5th annual 5k run/walk in memory of Chris.

We hope to spread awareness in honour of Chris’ fight and for every other individual struggling with mental health and addiction. All net proceeds will be directed to St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton's Cleghorn Early Intervention Clinic.

    We're Back Hamilton!

    The Runner's Den is excited to announce that we have once again partnered with Mizuno to bring you back the Summer Sunset Series!

    A fun way to stay fit this summer with a fast

    and flat course along Hamiltons Waterfront trail! This will be a timed event to allow runners to get a chip time for their 5K run.

    In an effort to keep the cost of this event low, there will be no shirt or medal provided for the 5K runners.

    Event includes:

    • Bib with attached chip for timing

    • Demo shoes on site to try for your event

    • Draw prizes for all participants courtesy of Mizuno

    • Post race refreshments for all participants

    Back again this year - 1K Kids Run!

    Let's get our kids out to run this summer! This kids run will not be timed but medals will be provided to the kids who finish the race.

    Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation in Burlington. We aim to support the local community and unite people for a noble cause. We are super excited to hold the fourth annual Run for Burlington.
